I had a great experience with Nadula from start to finish! The team was incredibly easy to work with when I needed to make a correction to my order, handling it quickly and without any issues, and their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and reassured; overall, the customer service was outstanding and made everything smooth and stress-free, and I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them.
Quality has changed!
I've been purchasing from them for the last 4 years. It's always been a pleasant experience and the wigs have been good. However starting late 2025 and 2026,the experience took a 180 turn. They never respond to their emails and the quality of hair is so poor I am in shock! I ordered the same yaki textured hair that ive ordered for years, however this last time it came up to be so different and did not even look like what I ordered. The worse part is they'll never respond if I reached out to complain. Additionally shipping time is now a record of 10 days! Sad ill have to find another trustworthy company.

Big head friendly masterpiece!
The customer service was really quite top tier. I had someone in contact with me via text from the time I ordered my unit until I received it. It took a bit longer than expected to receive, but I was okay with that and didn't want to rush the process. Man, was the wait worth it! I was also skeptical about the fit of the wig, because I have a pretty large size head. When I tell you this is the BEST fitting wig I have ever owned. And the draw string has literally created the definition of "wear & go." By far the easiest style to take off at the end of the day and pop right back on in the morning. Nadula, you really did your big one with this! I can't wait to order a few more to add to my collection!

My wig did not look like the picture so I immediately requested a refund. I keep checking my email to see if they are emailing me a label. I still have not received it. So I guess they are mailing the label to me? Im not sure. No one at the customer service email is replying back to me. This is very dissapointing and frustrating. I regret making this purchase. The return process and lack of response is terrible. Do not buy unless you absolutely plan to keep the product. I feel like im being ripped off. False advertising!

I bet everyone who tries to contact customer service gets an email from "Nancy", right?
How is it possible for a reputable company to send partially what I ordered and then not offer to fulfill the order and send the missing item?
I am being inundated with solicitation emails but nothing from "Nancy" of customer service. She only emailed me once saying the only way to get the rest of my purchase is to request a return/refund. Why? That doesn't make sense. I did that days ago but they have yet to respond or to give me my frontal that I purchased so that I can finish installing the unit. This means that I am not able to have the beautiful hairstyle that I spent good money on.
I understand that there is not a direct phone number, but they offer plenty of options for buying. They even asked me to rate my experience!
How about NEGATIVE 5 STARS AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

This was my first experience purchasing a wig from this company so I didnt know what to expect. After I placed the order, I received a text message saying that the item was out of stock. I was given the option of purchasing a new unit or waiting for the one I purchased. I decided to wait because based on the pictures online, I was in love with the wig. The unit arrived in about 3-4 weeks. The representatives were very responsive, keeping me updated on shipping. Once the wig arrived it has a very strong odor. I plan to wash it prior to wearing it the first time. I really do hope that the unti is human hair as described. Overall, I will say that if you need the unit for a special occasion, you should order weeks in advance just to make sure it arrives on time. I will purchase again depending on how this unit looks after washing it.

I am rating this one star because of the experience I just had with my first curly wig. I have purchased a couple of other wigs from the Nadula and was satisfied with the purchases because they were not curly hair. Even though the quality wasn’t as I expected from the pictures, it was decent hair so I kept the wigs. This is the first time I’ve ordered a curly wig, and I am so disgusted that what I received was a smelly synthetic wig. I would think that someone who has spent money on at least 2 to 3 wigs from this company would get a decent wig at their first request of a curly wig. I can’t believe they sent me a synthetic wig. I immediately wash my wigs when I receive them, so of course it’s a used wig now so I can’t return it for a full refund. I’m asking for a refund because it’s useless. I paid almost $250.00 dollars for this wig and it’s synthetic! I could’ve went to Temu if I wanted a synthetic wig I am so frustrated. I don’t know what to do. I will never purchase another wig from this company. I thought I found a decent company but now I see that even with established customers they will send you crap. I am so frustrated.

I previously left a review and the company responded publicly saying they apologized and that they would contact me to “make things right.” It has now been several days and I still have not heard from anyone.
The only emails I continue to receive from Nadula are promotional emails about hair sales, which clearly shows they have my correct email address. However, there has been absolutely no follow-up regarding my order, my refund request, or the wig being sent.
I spent $180, and as a single mom that is not money I can just throw away. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing to be ignored like this after being told the issue would be fixed.
At this point it feels like the company only responds to reviews so other people can see they “commented,” but there is no real follow-up or resolution behind it. I will never order from this company again. It is a shame for a business to take people’s hard-earned money and then leave them at a dead end with no answers.

Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered two wigs on 2/26/26 and over a week later, I still haven't received them. I've emailed the company multiple times; but no response. Sometimes when I check my order on Nadula there is a tracking number that shows in transit at the same location since 3/2/26 and other times there's not. I put the tracking number into HCRD shipping and it says package delivered in Fresno..... I don't live anywhere near Fresno, not even the same state. My order and account has my correct address so I'm not sure how that happened. I've requested a refund and no response. Next step is reporting them to BBB and attorney general.

The seller was very communicative and willing to help solve the issues I had. When the wig I ordered arrived, it wasn’t quite what I expected but Nadula was willing to let me return the item for a refund. I purchased another wig instead and am very happy with it! I would buy again!
Terrible experience - do not order from Nadula Hair
Terrible experience with my first order from Nadula Hair and I will not be making any further purchases from the vendor. I placed an order for two units which took some time to arrive. Once they did I could see the quality of the hair did not match the images or descriptions listed on the website and so I requested a refund. During the request process I was asked why I was doing so and I gave details. Days later I then got an email from the customer support team asking the same question which I replied too and asked them to accept the refund request and share details for shipping. I am still yet to hear from the customer service team and I'm currently stuck with items I will not be using and I am out of pocket for it!!
If a customer is unhappy with purchase there should be no delay with issuing a refund. Exteremly unhappy!

I would advise others against using…
I would advise others against using this company. I selected items and selected pay through PayPal, but did not complete the transaction. An invoice was sent to my PayPal detailing the exact items placed in basket with a due date for payment!
PayPal cancelled this and deleted the scammers account. Advised the account was sent from a personal account. I wouldn't trust this company and the staff they employ
