I would advise others against using…
I would advise others against using this company. I selected items and selected pay through PayPal, but did not complete the transaction. An invoice was sent to my PayPal detailing the exact items placed in basket with a due date for payment!
PayPal cancelled this and deleted the scammers account. Advised the account was sent from a personal account. I wouldn't trust this company and the staff they employ

Poor poor service
I received a unit from this company. It was a good wig, but it was the wrong wig. I returned it back and asked for a replacement unit. I received an email stating that got the wig. Its over a month and I never received my replacement wig. Do not buy from company. All they keep telling me is sorry for the different time zone. Tat has nothing to do with sending me tje replacement wig. Very disappointed in this company.

The wig was ugly. It was too high off head. They also started SPAM texting me 10x/day from different #'s. Lastly, they are making it extremly hard to return/replace the wig. Jesus.

I love this company
I love this company! The customer service is so over the top. I've never experienced this kind of service from other wig companies. Oscar, James, Larry and Ella were the ones to reach out to me. They we're very quick to respond to all my emails. Unfortunately I had to return the wig because my head is to small. After returning the unit, It got lost in transit, and Nadula's team was in touch with me all they way until they finally got the wig back. Thank you again for the excellent customer service. May the God of heaven and earth continue to bless this company!

I received my wig unit from Nadula, which I ordered because of Always Ameera on YouTube. I specifically purchased the exact same unit she had. However, what I received was different—no box or elastic headband was included, and the density did not match the description. I’ve decided to keep it because I prefer not to deal with the hassle of returning and potentially having the company deny my refund. I suspected something was wrong when I received an email suggesting I switch to a shorter unit.
I will not be purchasing from Nadula anymore.

I had a great experience with this company’s customer service. They were extremely helpful throughout the process of returning my wig and issuing a full refund. The wig itself was really nice and I couldn’t fault the quality at all — it just wasn’t quite the right suit for me personally.
Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they made everything clear and easy, which really gave me confidence that my refund was being handled properly. The whole process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!
Nightmare refund STILL owed £14.90 minus $3.48 (insurance fee)
I’m disappointed with my overall experience. I had to return the hair because the length supplied was shorter than the length I had ordered, so the product was not as described.
I was assured that I would receive a full refund, including my return shipping fee. The hair was sent back on 14th January, and although the company later confirmed receipt, I had to repeatedly follow up for updates.
The refund process involved significant back and forth, partial refunds, and unexpected deductions. After everything was processed, I am still out of pocket despite returning the item due to it being incorrect.
While customer service did respond, the overall return process was lengthy, stressful, and far more complicated than it should have been for a faulty item. Based on this experience, I would advise others to carefully review return terms before purchasing.

I submitted the 5 Star review, returned my wig and sent two follow up emails once tracking said it was received at Nadula and I haven’t gotten a response.
It was my first time ordering from Nadula and once I received the wig it was not what I pictured and expected. I reached out to customer service with my concerns and was given a USPS return slip and given another wig that was suggested would look closer to what I was looking for. James was awesome and responsive!

I give a honest review and the delivery was quick. It came at the end of the week. I thought it would take 2 weeks. I the quality was ok. It was very soft but a lot of fly aways. I’ll keep it for everyday wig. Nice company. I’ll Oder another different wig. Maybe a curly wig. Thank you for your service.
NADULA is Definitely Scam-Adjacent
I purchased a total of 3 wigs from NADULA WIGS, and a 4th FREE wig was included, as apart of their BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY 2025 sale, (in November), in 2 separate orders. This was my first mistake! The items weren’t shipped until January and then, the initial order was canceled by them, and it was indicated in their system and to add insult to injury, they sent all Black -colored wigs, while I ordered all reddish-brown wigs. They inferred, that though the color of the wigs, was THEIR MISTAKE, if I hadn’t have selected the insurance, they would not have accepted the wigs back, for an exchange or Refund! I have been trying to resolve this for over a month and now today, AFTER I RETURNED - EXACTLY WHAT I RECEIVED and over 10 emails detailing what was returned - they emailed me to accuse me of keeping the wig, that was canceled by them! This company makes; Returns, Refund Requests and simple Customer Service, bureaucratic and cumbersome, a tactic to dissuade consumers from pursuing their REFUNDS! I am out almost $100.00! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR, unless you want to lose; money, time and any semblance of a legitimate transaction. I purchased a product in good faith and with an expectation of receiving a product, while they have a patterned history of taking money and not delivering as promised!
