"shipping the same day" but order's still not shipped after 2 weeks

First of: he quality is always amazing!
The sizing is a little bit off but once you found your size it is easy to order (I am "mid size" but a size s is baggy on me).

BUT I always have problems with the shipping! On the website is says "shipping the same day" > I ordered on the 27.11. and I still have no notification that my order has been shipped. Need to have it before Christmas and a two week delay is already a lot (without amy notification). I have had this shipping problem twice now and never gotten help from the customers service or the instagram page. I have to write a review for them to notice.

Edit:
The order arived without notice and tracking number and was delivered to an office because I was not home (had a notification in my letter box yesterday). The woman at the post office said it had no tracking because it was marked as a "letter" but was actually a package. A bit weird.

I ordered a hoodie on the 28th of May…

I ordered a hoodie on the 28th of May during summer sales and I haven't received it yet. I haven't received any update about my order from Naetur nor from Post NL since the 31st of May and I'm still waiting. I reached out to customer service but got no response. No hoodie and no refund. Terrible experience!

Still Waiting for Promised Replacement – Very Disappointed

Last year, I contacted Naetur via e-mail regarding a sweater I was really happy with at first, but that unfortunately lost its color after just a few washes. I never received a reply.

A few months later, I tried reaching out again through Instagram DM, hoping to understand my options. They responded and asked for more details, promising a follow-up via email within 1–2 working days. Despite providing the requested information, I didn’t hear back for over a month.

Eventually, I was asked to send pictures, which I did. After about four months of trying, I finally received a message saying I probably hadn't washed the sweater correctly. As a one-time courtesy, they offered to send me a replacement.

I was grateful for the gesture and followed up after not receiving the new sweater—but again, no reply.

Overall, while I felt the initial intent was to help, the communication was very slow and inconsistent, and in the end, I was left without a resolution. I ended up throwing the sweater away, and sadly, I never received the replacement I was promised.

I hope Naetur will improve their customer service in the future, because I really loved the product and wanted to keep supporting them.

Absolutely love this brand!

I came across Naetur and decided to order one set just to try it out — and I was immediately sold! The quality of the clothing is incredible, the fabric feels amazing, and the fit is just perfect. Not only that, but the delivery was super fast and the whole shopping experience was smooth and easy.

Since that first order, I’ve already bought three full sets and two extra sweaters — and I’m definitely not done yet. I’m officially a fan. Highly recommend Naetur to anyone looking for high-quality, stylish, and comfortable pieces!

Placed an order, did not recieve it

Order placed on 12/02..haven't recieved any email affer that, order has clearly not been shipped... tried contacting the customer service, no anwer!
I'm disappointed since it's not the first time I'm buying from them and this never happened.
Considered the other reviews i'm not an exception.. !!

We ordered a hoodie as a birthday present for our daughter on september 23. The size was wrong, so we sent it back. Since then we are waiting for refund. Absolutely awful customer service.

I have contacted their customer service…

I have contacted their customer service via several email addresses on multiple occasions and still have not been able to get in contact with them. NO F** REPLY AT ALL. This is NOT acceptable! I have the right to return my order as a consumer and they are not providing me with any return instructions whatsoever. Please never order here. Also, will proceed with legal actions because such companies should not nbe allowed to exist in the first place.

No information about my order

I've made an order beggining of August and still I don't get any information about it. I wrote 5 times on email, 4 times in DMs but still no any response. They took my money and I don't know now how I can't return them. Big disappointment. I thought they are serious company since related to famous person but we should not believe what we see.

If someone knows how I can return my money back, just let me know

everything went bad

So so bad! I am so disappointed. Everything that could have gone bad, actually went. Delivery - after ordering, I had received an email of accepting the order, but after i didn’t receive any tracking number, no email that my order had been shipped or packed or anything. So I didn’t know anything about the order until it suddenly appeared in my mailbox.
Order - I order two items. One item arrived damaged and the second one didn’t arrive at all and was replaced by something I didn’t order.
Customer service - I have already tried all of their email addresses, filled in some form on their website, tried their social media and NO ANSWER AT ALL. By now, I am very pissed and do not understand what’s happening. Mistakes happen, but I would appreciate some solution.

You never hear back from them

Something went wrong with my order from Naetur and I never received it. I have contacted PostNL given that it shows as if the order has arrived in the track and trace. I sent 3 emails to Naetur to ask them to contact PostNL (as i was advised by PostNL). Still not heard from Naetur for the last 2 weeks. Im not sure what their customer service is doing if not replying to emails.

Do not recommend buying from them

This business needs to close.
Long story short I've sent a package for a return twice (first time it was returned to me for unknown reason by Netherlands customs) and NAETUR sent it back to me after receiving it because I assume the return period was overdue...mind you it's only 14 days for the shipments that come from North America too. I've lost over $400 with shipping and customs fees. I've NOT heard back from them even once while trying to reach out about this whole situation...and I've sent them plenty of emails with pics of receipts, confirmations, proofs etc and NO ONE replied. HOW? Do they not have customer service??? Now they are sending me something back that I cannot wear as the fit is off..and I lost over $400...

what a DREAM to buy from businesses like this.....I'm shocked beyond belief that there are ppl like me who never heard back after ordering stuff or trying to reach out to them through different social media accounts. How is this company still operating?

Very disappointing.....waste of money and time to order from them. Do Not Recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

£20 to send back a hoodie to be returned BACK to sender!

I returned a hoodie on 5th January 2024, completing the customs declaration via Post Office and paid the ridiculous price of £18.95 and sent it tracked and signed for. On 24th January, without any signs of a refund, I looked at the tracking number to discover the status of the parcel ‘at country of destination customs, unable to export RETURN TO SENDER!! A few days later the parcel arrived back to me. The reason on the parcel stated ‘refused’ - nothing else! It was in the original packaging, address clearly written to ‘where to send returns’ to.
I’ve sent emails to both Naetur addresses mentioned in “how to contact us” to ask for any reasons why my parcel would not have been accepted. NO RESPONSE
Having phoned Royal Mail they confirmed everything was done correctly from UK side and could not help any further.
SO, £18.95 wasted and left feeling extremely frustrated with a poorly run company DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME (AND MONEY) - buy local and keep it British

I have still yet to received my order…

I have still yet to received my order after 1 month. No one response to my email or the Instagram messages. Not a good place to get a present even though I have spare about 2 months before this present to be given away

Good customer service

It's my first time placing an order with them. My order was several days late and the shipping company that had the package at its headquarters did not give me answers. I wrote directly to the Naetur team on Instagram and shortly after they responded and sent another order. Today I received it and it came with a handwritten note apologizing and an extra gift. The products are as beautiful as I expected so overall very happy with the experience!
