I purchased a dress from them. The dress came and it was not a good fit . I emailed to get a return label and they told me that they dont give out return label and that they will take 27% off of my return credit. Overall I spend 165 on the dress and received 111 back and on top of that I had to pay 35$ to ship the dress back . Not only did I have to return the dress but I lost 95$ dealing with them. Save your money and time and do not purchase anything from them . Terrible service.

Be absolutely sure you want a garment from this company before purchasing. The quality was very poor but their return policy is even worse. I recommend you stay away and look elsewhere.

Terrible service… company not based in USA … ordered dress and when it arrived it was terrible quality …not worth £63…I returned it to UK address that was on return label ill h to be told if should have been returned to their base in Dubai…. So now no dress and no refund … disgusting service… false advertising and would not recommend using at all

I was excited to receive the dress and very well made, I have got it for special occasions, so I haven't worn it yet but I would be very proud when I do wear it, very feminine. It's a beautiful design, received it on time also. Thankyou

These sweater are amazing

I thought I read the clothes were made in the US or UK. A review I read also confirmed this. They are made in China and have that fake print look I hate. If I wanted cheap China made clothes I would never have paid the price for these. I live in Singapore and have access to cheap made clothing from Shein. I wanted something different. I'm really disappointed.

There is no „0“ star, so I have to gibe 1 star.
I orderd a Dress for a Wedding, but it didnt arrive.
The Paket Nr says its deliverd to my mailbox, but my maolbox is much to small for a package.
I tried to get infos from DHL, but they tell me the Sender has to open a dispute.
And Nafane doesnt help
They wrote several times: it arrived
But I didnt get any help.
So $60 gone for nothing!!!
Don‘t shop- if there are troubles you wont get help!

Delivered my order not only to the wrong house but an entirely wrong neighborhood according the the picture the delivery driver posted. Now I can get can not get the delivery Co to respond nor can I even contact nafane.

It was easy to maneuver the website and once ordered, it came in the mail in a timely manner.

Finally I get something for my wife that she loves to wear. Everyday. A jumpsuit. She says it is super comfortable. And I love that it is USA made. Thank you.
