Lot of bad things happening
Top-Up of account taking too long. Tried to make several payments of several values and it is declined even though there are enough funds in the accounts.
iOS app is in a perma login loop so I cannot use the app.
Support takes ages to pickup a live ticket and closes it when we don't reply back instantly.
EDIT after reply:
I never mentioned any withdrawals. I mentioned top-up of Naga account.
Response is clearly a copy-paste where they just change the name and in this case, makes no sense to what I stated before.

Engaged in copy trading
I didn`t think that sharing my expertise would be beneficial, but after opening a Naga gold account, I changed my opinion, thanks to the good commissions that they paid me for every trade. Of course, I know I can`t make it happen every time and sharing my knowledge is kind of weird to give to traders that just sit on the couch. Who cares about morality in trading, right?

A scam or what?
I deposited €50 to test this platform, and within 10 minutes, the transaction was completed. Then, I discovered their sign-up process, which requires highly intrusive documents: a bank statement, a copy of your ID card, and even a copy of your credit card (almost for French citizens).
I wanted to cancel everything and get my €50 back, but:
1) Impossible to get a refund without providing these documents!
2) Customer service is unreachable.
3) A 5-day wait for them to review the documents.
Is this website legit or a scam? I won’t deposit another cent and will close my account as soon as possible.
