For the price point of Nagnata I would expect the quality to be high in any product! These are the WORST pair of leggings I have ever purchased!
After 4 months the inner crouch has warn away! Despite me hand washing them in cold water and taking exeptional care of them and only wearing on weekends! These leggings didn't even last 6 months. ! I contacted Nagnata to share my disappoointment and no resolution was offered because it fell out of the 30 day return policy! I mean even lululemon is better with faulty products! When you purchase an expensive product you expect a high-quality product!

Do your self a favour and don't purchase from them! Save your money!

Horrible quality and bad design. I have a pretty normal bust meaning not to small or not to big (size 8 with a C cup) and I can’t even wear this on a casual walk.
I can’t work out if it’s made for smaller or bigger tits as the problems wouldn’t stop if I sized down or up.
The ‘band’ for support at the bottom just pops up and my boobs hang out the bottom. I can’t even use it for sleepwear (yet alone yoga which I was hoping for).
Worn once with tits hanging out and wool started to unravel too.

Expensive product, mediocre quality. TERRIBLE customer service (impossible exchanges and no refunds make this a one hit wonder). Give this company a miss.

I am UK based and ordered two jumpers and one bralette from Nagnata in May 2022. I was contacted the day after the order was made and told that a further £194 was due to be paid to customs to enable items to be delivered. I requested to cancel the order because of the additional charges. Nagnata customer services told me to either pay the customs fee or incur the cost to return items to Australia - despite asking to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. Terrible customer service experience and huge cost for poor quality items - the stitching on the bralette is already unravelling. Will never buy from them again and advise anyone making a purchase outside of Australia to proceed with caution. Customers should be told at point of sale about huge hidden costs.

Their bralets don’t even last 5 minutes of use. Had to send one back and got the rudest reply when I pointed out if they’re going to advertise them as ‘active wear’ they should last a few days of normal day to day use. Unfortunately at that time I had already purchased several others, I have watched all of them fall apart equally as fast. Disgusting for an ‘eco friendly’ company
