if you use their Dmca ignore, then you are finished for life.
I almost lost all my clients because of this company. the worst of it all is that their support will never respond to your ticket or message!

Worst Experience Ever

I'm here to draw the attention of people trying to use naijawebhost as their host or domain registrar. I registered a domain on naijawebhost but couldn't activate it on my website, I tried all possible ways it doesn't work.

I contacted the support from their website they didn't respond for about 29hrs. I messaged them on WhatsApp, the reply took longer and only for me to be getting hold on we are working ok it as an answer.

Naijawebhost is a scam, they don't care about their clients, all they care about is the money they will get from their clients.

If you listened to me, good. If you don't, it's left for you to regret like me here regretting the money I wasted in the name of buying a domain only to get scammed.

Avoid This Web Hosting Service.

Naijawebhost hosting is a fraudulent hosting service. How can you said someone hosted a website for 1month yet they sum up ID protection for 1year that is amounting to N23500?
Then support ticket for 3weeks no replies with misleading sales pages. I was warned about this hosting I didn't listen. I regret doing business with Naijawebhost.com

this is nothing but false review this person bought a domain with ID protection a one month hosting, .com domain 20,000 ID protection 3500 and a one month hosting then after a month asking why his website was suspended saying the amount paid covers both one year hosting and domain even when he can see clearly from all invoices on his dashboard.

Good hosting provider

Well, am still a new client to NiajaWebhost. But from the little experience I have encountered with them, I can write something. I really like the way Naijawebhost responds to emails and tickets and also my transfer of domain to Naijawebhost was really easy and seamless for me, even though am still new to web management, I needed no guidance before I was able to transfer my domain to Naijawebhost. So they are really doing great, for now I give 4 stars (🌟 🌟 🌟🌟).

This review does not reflect a genuine experience. To clarify, we offer three channels of support: live chat and WhatsApp for pre-sales and billing inquiries, and our support ticket system for technical assistance.

This review is purely lies as the website is active and accessible still hosted on our website

Support is a farcry from useful at this point. Do not give them your money.

We run a simple blog with Naija webhost. Due to their various upgrades and the like in the tail end of 2023, our site was offline for about a month. It eventually came back, only to be removed again by spamhaus.org for spam activity. A domain that was barely online involved in spam?
And what was Naijawebhost's solution? That we spend more with them to mitigate the issue. Why will we pay you more after what we paid for is not going great?

2 stars because at least they were working for a while before they decided to bite more than they can chew. Let's not forget that during the upgrade period, reaching support was nigh impossible.

Edit Feb 22: Down to 1 star because customer support denies having anything to do with the problem despite sending out an email to all subscribers that a certain set of people have used their services in a way that is causing problem for other innocent users.

STAY AWAY FROM NAIJAWEBHOST
