My order arrived very quickly, I received a text off a lovely lady to say I hadn't completed a buy 2 get one free offer and what other polish would I like! Love the fact they do this as other places would let you miss out 5 stars would definitely recommend!!

Lovely product

I placed an order of 8 nail varnishes, which was delivered 48hrs later - very quick! The box was wrapped in bubble wrap then inside a bag, and inside the bases of the bottles were in holes in a molded polystyrene base with polystyrene sheets on top - fairly well packaged - however, despite this, one bottle had smashed, and the inside of the box and all the other bottles were covered in nail varnish. I immediately emailed NBS with photos of the damage, and within half an hour had a reply, apologising sincerely and saying that a full replacement order had been arranged. That arrived less than 22hrs after I emailed them!!! These were packaged even more securely, with pairs of bottles in full-height cardboard slots, with bubble wrap on top of the bottles, then more bubble wrap around the box, then bagged - and were all intact 😊. This company's customer service has been superb, with such a quick turnaround for both deliveries, and despite the one broken bottle I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. I would suggest they use the second type of packaging though in future, as the bottles seemed much more secure and less likely to be damaged.
