Ordered weeks ago £58.76 - product. Someone emailed me saying not a uk plug.. I said it’s ok please still send, so she processed it. Weeks went by nothing received. Emailed again- sorry product is out of stock I have refunded. Why not tell me that? No offer of refund till I contacted! Just to add insult to injury. Product is still listed and showing in stock! Definitely a scam! AVOID

Poor
Chinese seller not based in UK. Poor service. False advertising. Advertises free 2-day delivery then item fails to turn up. No response to multiple requests for tracking. No response to cancellation request due to item not received in good time. Four months later, refund issued via chargeback. Bad Bad Bad.

I would actually give a no stars review…
I would actually give a no stars review if I could. I echo everyone's else's comments about the poor service. I believe they only posted the goods when I said I was going to report them to the police for theft and fraud. I'm still not convinced this company is not a scam.

It`s poor service which ever way you look at it.
Maybe they will respond to this/maybe they won`t. Most companies would fire a response of some sort.
Even opened an account and it stated no orders had been made.!!
