The order, shipping was initiated very quickly. Prices are great and the selections are awesome! I was nervous since it was an expensive order but the tracking and shipment experience was very comforting. delivery person even called to confirm it was me.

We want to start by saying that we are really sorry that your initial order left you feeling bad. But according to your order, you received a combination of regular and gel tips.
Just so you know, the tips are available in several sizes; some are 0–9, some are 1–10, and some have one size repeated twice. These are supplied in the manner that they are made; we do not make them.
In your instance We did promise to provide the exact size in your subsequent order when you WhatsApped us, however one pack of size 9 tips—out of the ten sizes in that bundle—was entirely missing. However, giving a product a 1-star rating and mentioning that some elements are missing gives the false impression that there is a problem.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers, and we personally handle all of their concerns. If a consumer has a video proof of their package opening, we always give them priority. As we attempted for you, we occasionally offer assistance without the same conditions based on a case-by-case basis.
Additionally, since you mentioned that there were other missing products, we kindly ask that you provide us a 360-degree video of the packet opening so we can see what other items were missing at the time of delivery. We guarantee that we will review the footage.
