BEGINNER NAIL TECH FRIENDLY
My first time in the store and I was really surprised at just how much stock they have ranging from gel polishes, acrylic powder, gel lamps, nail files and so much more. As a self taught beginner nail tech I’m so happy to have a local store that sells everything I need to start my nail journey! The day after I placed an order I received an email to say that one product was out of stock. I replied to ask for another, but heard nothing back. Fast forward 2 weeks and I've emailed again and again, with no response and no refund. Where is my money???

I’ve just placed my third order and really pleased I’ve found this shop online. Genuine products, great selection of colours (I use for purchasing OPI GelColor), competitive prices, fast shipping and quick to respond to queries over email. I recently placed an order but purchased the wrong colour which they happily swapped before shipping.

Awful Customer Service
Products are genuine however, the lack of communication is what did it for me. I placed my order, then received my order confirmation a week later. My order was then delivered but products were missing and on the confirmation paper it was scribble - out of stock. There was no communication of this or my refund. The company still has £16 of my money which I’m having to chase up. Never again. I’ll stick to Hollywood Nail supply’s.
