I had seen and tried this massage chair at a friend's house. Although it was well priced, I ordered one. It arrived earlier than anticipated, delivered by an efficient and polite team. Unfortunately it had a EU plug rather than the UK plug I required but this was replaced, following an email, quickly and efficiently. They also made the generous offer of a neck massager as compensation which I accepted happily. The chair itself is rather wonderful and used daily. This rather elegant chair fits seamlessly with our decor too. Happy

by far the best brand for massage chairs. ive first experienced them in germany where theyre wildly popular and used by universities. only their initial logistics partner in the uk was bad. the product itself is insane. far better than weyron (i tried it)

I wrote a review about my massage chair was broken within a year on Aug 2023,you can see my back my review.Then a customer service sent me back an email on Nov 2023 and said they can’t fix and can replace me another chair, I wait for another 1 month and I ask will they remove my old broken chair and I wait for another 1 month, still no any response.Please don’t buy from this company, my broken massage chair was already broken for more than 6 months and they still can’t help. please aware this company.

We ordered a neck massager just after Christmas from Naipo. It arrived promptly but was unsuitable. We emailed Mustbuy as stated on Naipos website to arrange its return and refund but had no response. After a couple of days we tried again, still no response. We then emailed and telephoned daily for more than a week, still no response. Their phone is constantly engaged. We then decided to email Naipo directly for help. Their response was “you can call them”. So to sum up we intend to keep trying for a reply but have very little hope of success. I would say if you get what you want from this company then great but if not you can forget about any form of after service care. I think we may try Trading Standards and see if they can help

Terrible company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I bought a chair the currier said he left it outside of my house what’s a lie and I have cctv to prove. I have been trying to contact the company since and they don’t reply what so ever. It now has been 3 weeks since I contacted them regards my issue and still have no answer so now I will challenge it thought my credit card company. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY.

No response from customer service to cancel order two days before it was shipped, then no response regarding returning item apart from a vague email with no reference numbers or return label as stated in your return policy.
Still waiting for a reply days later.
