I placed (a fairly big) order and everything seemed to go well. However, i did not get an orderconfirmation or any login credentials. The payment was completed on my creditcard. After contact the company could not find any order nor could acknowledge receiving the money. So, no order but i did loose my money. Seems like a scam.

Ordered two pieces of lingerie about almost a month ago. Put in a request of return for one of them. In the beginning, they kindly replied with the available options. After confirming twice that I wanted a full refund, I never heard from them again. Really bad service, will never order again and tell everyone to stay away.

First order wasn’t right. Great support from Anna. Got a new product and a compensation!

I was unhappy with the very low quality of my products. After returning my products with proof of delivery, Nicole is purposely delaying the refund, claiming the package 'has not been found yet'. Even though I have been very friendly and understanding, She is trying everything to not pay back the money I am owed.

This seems to be a deliberate way of trying to scam people. Do not buy anything here.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. There was an issue with my order, but Nicole was very helpful, responsive and found an effective solution. She handled everything professionally and with care. I really appreciate her support and I am happy with the assistance I received. Thank you, Nicole!

What a terrible service. I wanted to send some items back because they didn't fit. I sent them an email, but 14 days later, I still haven't received a response. Now I'm looking at the reviews and seeing that everyone is saying the same thing, including that they don't refund your money. To anyone thinking of buying something here: DON'T DO IT! It's a terrible dropshipping company. Also, the quality is extremely bad. I washed it just once and all the stitching is already coming undone.

Product got damaged after one use, but Nicole from the client service helped me solve the situation quite quickly.

I ordered a body from Naked Underwear in March 2026 and after only one use the sewing starts to undo and the lace starts to rip. I got in touch with the brand and 3 days after the situation was solved :)

I like the quality and I was able to return items which doesn't always work with lingerie

Cheap Labour … and loooong leadtime.

The products are good though.

Terrible experience. I returned an item with tracked shipping as requested — this cost me money out of pocket. Weeks later, still no refund. Customer service keeps sending the same templated responses asking for information I already gave them, while my package apparently sits 'stuck at a pickup location.' They won't process the refund until the package is 'in their warehouse' — even with proof of valid tracking. This is a deliberate stalling tactic. Avoid this company if you value your money.

The company engages in dropshipping. Previous claims from them regarding their warehouse in France are incorrect. If you enter the track and trace code on an independent global tracker (e.g., parcelsapp.com), you will see that it comes from a warehouse in China. It is therefore not surprising that the delivery time takes a bit longer, and that the quality is somewhat negligent, along with the difficult returns process.

Terrible experience. The quality is really awful. I ordered two different sizes so I could return one of them. The return costs were extremely high. The DHL tracking confirmation showed that the package had arrived, but they keep telling me they never received anything. Money gone. What terrible service. Very disappointing.

Fake Account, scam , dont buy anything !

I had a special help from Clara who resolved my issue for a wrong size and she did amazing, apart from that the lingerie is beautiful!

I really loved the lingerie — it’s incredibly comfortable, high-quality, and fits beautifully. It looks very feminine and sexy, while still feeling comfortable to wear. The material feels great on the skin, the craftsmanship is excellent, and every detail is thoughtfully made. I’d also like to mention the pleasant communication and attentive attitude. I was left with only the best impressions 🫀🤍

We are leaving this 1-star review as a warning to all potential customers, collaborators, influencers, and affiliates considering working with Naked Underwear.

For the past few months, we have been trying to contact the company regarding outstanding affiliate commission payments. Unfortunately, our emails have been completely ignored with no response, no update, and no attempt to resolve the issue.

The lack of communication and total silence gives the impression that there is no proper customer service or affiliate support available. From our experience, this has been very unprofessional and disappointing and a huge red flag for any potential customers!

Because of the unresolved outstanding commissions and continued ignorance of communication attempts, we cannot currently recommend working or shopping with this brand.

We are, however, happy to update or remove this review if the outstanding commissions are settled and proper communication is restored.

Good service, realistic delivery. Good return proces and communication.

I had such a great experience that i ordered a second time. When the second order came there was an issue with the size of the bra. Once I contacted them, Nicole immediately got back to me and was so responsive, respectful and efficient. It truly is a pleasure to order from
this brand. Nicole was super!!!
