Jane blank was very poor at her job

Jane blank was very poor at her job , family matters were not her strong point . She had no passion or even interest , her judgements and actions meant that it took a further 10 years to sort custody.Actual date of service 2010 .Hope she's improved and learnt but I doubt it .

Avoid for Probate!

A family member used this firm to do a will and manage her estate as executors when she passed away. Since she has passed they have failed to notify and update beneficiaries, lacked clear communication, they never update the beneficiaries on case progression and when they are chased their replies are designed to create more confusion and generate further questions just to charge more to the account and make the most profit. They have lied on multiple occasions, stating probate has not been granted when we have own our copy so know it has and was granted months ago. Their standards fall short of the professional standards expected of Solicitors. (Mark Buswell has been dealing with the case)
Have contacted their complaints department with no response after a month, therefore in 4 weeks time we will be going to the Solicitors Regulation Authority

I don’t know how people are voting this…

I don’t know how people are voting this company 5 stars, if I could put 0 stars I would. NALDERS are the worst solicitor's in Cornwall and you should avoid at all costs. They take every opportunity to make money rather than helping you and they also never defend you when it comes to small problems with selling your house, they always agree with the other parties etc. Rebecca doesn’t have a clue what she is doing and is useless at updates and Mark like everyone else has mentioned is just there for the money.

Nalders.. quick, on price and great communication.

My father passed in January and as his will was held by Nalders, we approached them to deal with Probate and also Conveyance of the sale of a house. Probate was issued within 5 weeks and eventually, the house conveyance went rather well. Both instructions were fixed price and extremely well handled. Thankyou Mark Buswell and your excellent team.

AVOID - APPALLING

My wife and I had one of the worst experiences of our lives in June 2021, when, largely thanks to the appalling services provided by Mark Buswell of Nalders solicitors, our house purchase fell through at the last minute, leaving us with nowhere to go and only 5 days to find a rental and storage for all our worldly possessions. Mark Buswell is a dangerous mix of arrogance and sheer incompetence. He was not interested in spending any time on our matter and completely failed to get to grips with the various complex issues in our purchase. He frequently made fundamental mistakes, eg. sending us formal Transfer documents containing serious errors, serving confidential/highly sensitive correspondence on the seller's solicitors despite my express instructions not to do so, making incorrect assertions about fundamental covenants (which our experienced surveyor agreed were plain wrong) and various similar errors. Mr Buswell apparently did not have time to apply his mind to our matter, ignoring complex correspondence from both ourselves and our highly experienced surveyor and preferring to send very short e-mails which entirely missed the point and failed to get to grips with the issues. Even worse than his incompetence (and less forgivable) was his unhelpful, arrogant attitude. We might have been able to tolerate this, had Mr Buswell been able to do his job properly, but he clearly was not and I was left picking up the pieces, at the most stressful time of our lives, by trawling through lengthy legal documents at all hours of the day and night to do the job which Mr Buswell should have been doing and which we were paying him very good money to do. We were up against a very difficult seller (which made this a complex transaction), which made it all the more important that we got things right, but instead of engaging with the issues and trying to protect our interests, Mr Buswell managed to become an even bigger problem - ultimately eclipsing the problems caused by the seller - by failing us in every imaginable respect at every conceivable hurdle. We ended up losing the house, and it nearly broke our marriage too (it took us a year to get over the trauma of losing our dream home and going into rentals indefinitely). I had picked Nalders very carefully, choosing one of the more expensive firms and a senior solicitor (Buswell) in the hope that this would provide us with a very professional outfit. It did anything but, and we will never forget the appalling way in which we were treated by Mark Buswell and Nalders. I would avoid Nalders - and certainly Mark Buswell - at all costs. Look elsewhere.
Sincerely,
Simon McCarthy
