Poor and unresponsive customer service

Poor and unresponsive customer service. Return label untraceable after dispatch. I purchased a coat in early January but returned it after 2 days in original packing using return label printed from Creenstone site. After 2 weeks, it seems there was no tracking information available. I then emailed Creenstone every day for 2 weeks with no response except an AI message saying a human would contact me. Eventually I called and the operator said she had contacted the warehouse this morning (after at least 8 daily emails) but could not refund "until the warehouse coducts an investigation". Then they will find a good solution for me. When I asked if that would be a full refund, she finally said yes but again repeated for about the 5th time that the warehouse would need to conclude their investigation before she could refund.

Wij kunnen u bevestigen dat deze review niet over Namado kan gaan. Namado verkoopt namelijk geen kleding of jassen, maar uitsluitend schoonmaakproducten. Wij hebben ook geen bestelling of retour van een jas in ons systeem staan.

Op basis van de door u beschreven situatie gaat dit om een andere webshop. Wij adviseren u om de naam op uw bestelbevestiging of retourlabel te controleren en contact op te nemen met de juiste verkoper. Het zou fijn zijn als u uw onterechte review kan verwijderen.
