Namarest 

Bought an item in August of 2018. Now February 2019 and still nothing, even though I have written several times on their support mail.

It was advertised on Instagram, which is also pretty bad, as they don’t seem to care who they advertise for.

I ordered an item in September 2018, and got an email October 8th that it was sent. Already October 14th they had the nerve to send me an email asking for a review of the item. Now it is January 30th 2019 and I have still not received it. They don't answer phone calls, emails nor the "contact us" form on their website. I have asked them many times about my order and when I will have the item I have paid for. The website looks really neat and promising, but they behave really badly.

Same as all the other people. Saw their ad on Facebook and ordered a solar charger from them, it never arrived. Emails don’t receive any response and the phone number on the site dos not work. They are obviously fraudulent. If I had the option, I would not even give them the one star.

These people are frauds. They never send what you order.I ordered a solar charger from them and never got it. I sent emails and never received the charger. Many others had the same result. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMMITING WIRE FRAUD!!!!

after 4 months still no battery arrived. i mailed them 3 times without answer! This is a SCAM!

Same as everyone else. Ordered a power bank in July and received a confirmation email but the product never shipped. No response to multiple emails sent since. I've not been able to get my money back so do not order from them!

Got my money never received my goods no replies to emails, scammers and what I don’t like is the ad was on Facebook I’ve informed them (Facebook) that they have to scrutinise these companies before allowing to advertise on Facebook or the like 😡🤬

Same story here as everyone else. Ordered on July 4 and still no product, no response to emails, and the phone number listed on their website doesn't work. Big scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM NAMAREST!

I ordered from them 10th August 18, item was at pre shipment. Numerous emails have been sent and none have been replied to, I have asked for a full refund but still nothing even though it was within their 14 day window. I'm out of pocket and don't have my item. Don't be fooled by the padlock on the website it is not safe they will take your money and you will receive nothing.

Did an order on 12 july 2018, received an automated order confirmation. Order was not shipped. No replies to emails when requesting information. When calling you'll get an automated answering service which is never replied to.
Last try today (27 aug. 2018) after which I will initiate a chargeback.
Shopify notified me they do not offer any support.

On Aug. 11. 2018 I ordered a Solar Charger Power Bank. I immediately received an e-mail confirmation, and could follow the order status online. This status has been "Unfulfilled" ever since.

I have tried by e-mail (Aug. 17.), telephone (Aug. 20.) and web form (Aug. 21.) to check what "Unfulfilled" means, but don't get any answer. In the mean time Namarest have my money and I don't have anything.

Sept. 20 I get an e-mail saying that my order is on the way. Yet I see it is supposed to be delivered by USPS, and I guess that is not very reassuring. Time will show.
