I am a teacher. This app is more than a feature to include in my work, it is an important tool to be able to connect authentically with students and staff. It is important that we honor names and pronounce them correctly. I intend to spread the use of this app more district wide and with other school districts. My hope is that it will build community and heighten awareness of acknowledging how names are important in the connections we make. In that sense, NameDrop is an advocacy piece that for all of us.

The app is useful and nice , as an improvement would be nice to have a “delete” button. Because after the first “try“ the url for your name is taken

It’s been very helpful for parents and students reading my emails as I am a school teacher. However it has been difficult figuring out how to make the link a different word besides the link.

Very good. I used it for my email signature and it worked out well.

I’m a world that is increasingly diverse, people need to know how to pronounce names. I constantly had to correct people or let it go. Now I don’t have to as they get the info in my signature line before they even meet me.

They said my name incorrectly.
You should have a voice feature to download your own voice so it has the correct pronunciation

Its alright I do however like the concept and believe its interesting idea but your software at the moment is highly unstable

This is a great service. I use the link in my signature at work as well as personal emails. I get a lot of people that me for it. Keep it up.

Only suggestion I'd make is change your company name or the product title. The word "drop" is negative and domain io is unusual. Overall it's hard to remember and does not till of the tongue. The product name doesn't Reflect of the great service it provides. Hope this makes sense.
