Hello,

We appreciate feedback, even when critical, but several points in this review are factually incorrect and appear to misunderstand how domain aftermarket/transfer processes work.

We do not sell "premium domains" that we own or control. This domain was purchased from a third-party seller/previous owner on an aftermarket platform (not newly registered by us). We only acted as the registrar to facilitate the transfer. The remaining registration time (in this case ~3 months) is determined by the previous owner's last renewal—not by us. This information is always visible in the WHOIS data and domain details page before any purchase or transfer is completed.

The $27 renewal fee is the standard cost we are charged by the registry for that specific new gTLD (nTLD/new generic TLD). We do not add significant markup; we pass it on at or very near cost. Many nTLDs have high registry-set renewal fees (often $20–$80+ depending on the extension), and our pricing is among the more competitive available. You're welcome to compare the exact renewal rate for your TLD at registrars like Porkbun, Namecheap, Dynadot, or GoDaddy—most charge similar or higher for the same extensions.
