I am very disappointed with your services!
I can t use the electronic signature for more than 2 month!
You ask me for a security code and tell me I recieve it via SMS but i don t receive any sms!

Horrible!

The information this company offers you after selling you their product is insufficient and you can't find a contact number on the romanian site.
You have to check the international page to find that NAMIRIAL.RO don't even have a call center. They only have a mobile phone number.

I just called that number and after half a minute of calling they rejected my call with a default message "Sorry, I can't talk now; I will call you later." No other call was on the other line.

Their service is not updated to our legal requirements of customs.
You can't download an INTERMEDIATE CERTIFICATE form their webpage like you can on certSign or Datasign. They don't even mention this kind of information on their support page.
I will wait to see if someone will call back eventualy.

I regret buying their service and highley recommend you to avoid buying it.

impressively short platform interaction time with email and SMS

The worst digital experience ever!
After 3 days of struggling, I had to request the cancellation of my digital signature.

✔️ The only positive aspect: I eventually managed to get human support over the phone – which feels like a miracle (and you can easily understand why).

❌ Everything else:

tutorials are confusing, contradictory, and seem designed to mislead you;

instructions and login details are scattered across multiple platforms with no coherence;

the product itself is simply dysfunctional.

I truly gave them every possible chance, but without success. My next step will be to contact ANPC – Consumer Protection Authority, because it is unacceptable to market such a faulty product.

Not recommended! By far the worst option.

What went wrong??? Absolutely everything!!! Not even after 10 days since I bought the signature I am not able to use it!!! I wrote tens of emails (both to support.dts@ and to tsp_ro@ - by the way, why for the customer it has to be 2 email addresses?? it is very confusing, and finally each of them says they do not have the solution, you have to search it at the other email!!!), phoned a couple of time (got connected to a person after 4 hours!!! 4 hours!!!), and still have no solution!!!!

11 hours later I finally signed a document!.. Victory!!

Everything is great about Namirial, from the easiness of the registration process to using the platform and the quality of support received. Good job, keep going.
