The experience was great because it was simple steps that we had to follow, the person who guides us was very polite ant helped us in a very good way.

Bad user experience. It’s very unclear what the user is supposed to do, and I still can’t use my digital signature.

I downloaded several apps, but I can’t figure out which one I’m actually supposed to use or how to connect the signature with other applications. The Universal Keychain does not work at all.

At this point, the digital signature I received is essentially unusable. On top of that, there is no accessible customer support - it’s impossible to reach anyone for help or guidance.

the whole procesure is heavy and hard to get by besides your website is half in Italian and half Romanian the translation from italian to Romanian is not accurate

Extremely disappointing experience with Namirial digital signature services. I spent almost 10 hours trying to complete the video identification process, and it was an absolute nightmare — constant issues, endless waiting, and a system that simply doesn’t work properly.

When I finally contacted customer support, their response was basically to ask for a refund because they were “too busy.” That’s honestly unbelievable for a paid service. Instead of helping solve the issue, they just brushed me off.

Maybe they are cheaper than other providers, but you end up paying with wasted time, stress, and a huge amount of frustration. If you need a digital signature service that actually works and values your time, I strongly recommend choosing a different provider.

On mac i need 3 apps to make it work and i get notifications on apple silicon that the support through rosetta ends soon

The first time, I waited a very long time for an operator; in the end, I gave up. The second time, you did not validate the authentication I completed with an operator, therefore I have to go through the process again.

Worst service ever! No tutorials available, no costumer service. I payed for a year and after 3 months they ask for money again. It is hard to work with such bad service.

Very easy to use Namirial, great team!

The entire process is redundant, and it took way longer that it should. At some point, the application the app did not recognized my own phone number. I had to use another just to go through the whole application. In my attempt to complain to the staff the connection was interrupted. I've spent 2 hours of my day in a process that should be fairly simple.
