I was told of this place from the assisted living where my mother is living. Debited my account. No shoes and emailed them twice no response except the usual we will get back w you. Busy signal. Out 83.00 dollars.

It's not possible to give this "outfit" a minus 5 star review or I definitely would. I ordered two pairs of shoes, paid with my credit card and have never received the shoes. My credit card was debited over a month ago but I never received ANY shoes. Attempts to call are met with a busy signal. DO NOT GO HERE!

WARNING: Do not buy from them. I've made 4 requests to return, but they refuse to send return labels or provide a refund. My 88 year old mother had a stroke and is in rehab - I purchased on her behalf, having to estimate the Canadian sizing. Purchase two pairs with the intent to send one back. I've emailed their customer service 4 times (within a few days of receiving the shoes, after waiting two weeks to arrive). They take days to respond. First asking me to keep them. Then to only accept a 30% refund. These shoes are unopend and not used. SCAMSTERS!

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from them. My shoes came crushed in a shipping bag and are unwearable. Many emails later, I filed a dispute with my CC company. They’ve offered me 30% of my purchase price, or return the shoes to CHINA!!! Now I’m getting 50% , no place to review on their website. Beware

Buyers beware do not buy from this company. You have to return shipping back to China. There contact number, is in the state of Ohio, 440 568-4568, always busy.
There story says, “Hassle free returns policy, if you aren’t satisfied with your product you can return it hassle-free. It’s that simple. We offer 60 day return policy and easy returns”. Unbelievable. So deceiving, they ship with a US address but want you to ship there product back to China. Terrible Customer Service.

These vendors are falsifies of the truth, liars, they sell you a leather shoe, but deliver a plastic option. When caught out, they try and negotiate a partial refund, say you ordered the wrong shoe, when you call them liars and threaten a review, then they agree to a full refund… however expecting you to pay to get their lie back to them… scammers !!

I haven't even gotten my shoes yet but it's been 5 days and they haven't shipped yet. I've been in contact with them. They said I'll receive them in 10 - 20 days. Unacceptable. I wish I would have checked the ratings. Update: I ordered them on 9/6 and they barely shipped them today, 9/16. Ugh. Another update: I asked them to cancel TEN days before they shipped. They wouldn't. Today 9/27, I received the shoes, the quality is horrible. They were $36 and they are plastic! They smell bad. I'm not even going to try them on because they look so cheap. I can't read the 5-star reviews on their website...hmmm. Yet another update: they said I have to pay for shipping back to China. And of course I'll have to send it certified so they can't say they didn't receive it. Not worth the time or money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I received my package 3 weeks late, the shoes were stinky so I contacted customer service. They said I could return the shoes and pay for my own shipping
The merchandise come from China so the amount to ship it was the cost of the shoes. I will never buy anything else and neither should anyone else

I never got notified that my package arrived, when it had taken way too long I went to check where it was on the page and to my surprise it said “delivered “. I never saw the package and when i contacted them to say I didn’t get it or it was stolen, because it had “arrived” 4 days prior, they kept asking me in a rude manner to contact my local post office and when I told them the tracking number didn’t even exist their response was, and I quote: “we already send your package and see you get it so we can not deal with you”.
So I guess i’m not getting my money back.

I’d give no stars if I could. I ordered a pair of shoes for my grandmother who has rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes. Her feet are in bad shape but I found Nanccy shoes online and their website says Designed for all kinds of foot pain or swelling, diabetes, arthritis, edema, hypertension, plantar fasciitis patients. My grandma gets the shoes I ordered for her but unfortunately they will not work for her feet. I contacted customer service and was told I had to pay shipping to return. Shipping costs too much to return the shoes so I’m out the money I spent. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Do not buy. Shoes are not what is advertised. I wanted wide shoes and they are average width. Very poor quality. Company is reluctant to have them returned offering a discount on another pair and citing how expensive mailing them back to China is for a full refund. Do not buy from them!!!!!

Shoes I ordered from Nanccy.com poor quality and not as described. Supposed to be orthopedic and the size ran small. They had no orthopedic qualities just a thin fabric piece glued to a rubber sole. I asked for a refund and return shipping label. They are in China so would not pay for return shipping, would only give me 10% refund (on $47 order) if I paid to return them. Bad scammers, wish I had read reviews first.
Update: in fact the size I received was not what I ordered! I thought I was ordering a US size 10.5 and what I got was a Chinese size 42 which on Universal size chart equals a US size 10. The customer service at Nanccy still states that they sent the right size. Ridiculous!

They advertised on Facebook free delivery. In reality I was charged much more. They also are not interested in customer service. I had sent them an email to the service department after ordering the second time to correct a wrong decision for size. It was ignored and they charged me now twice for two orders. No phone number available. BAD COMPANY. Only interested in sales not service.

I received the incorrect size although no size is indicated on the shoes! They are way too large for me and are certainly not the size that I ordered. Multiple attempts made to secure a return code have not been responded to. I again sent a request today for this information.

Don’t buy from this company. They make you pay for returns and ship back at your expense to China. They don’t cancel orders on purpose even when there is ample time to do so. Stay away from Nanccy.

Customer service is not what is stated. The shoes come from China no matter what you are reading and the company doesn't give you tracking numbers or contact you as said. You are left wondering Nor do the shoes work as advertised. Do NOT order from this company! Returns are impossible due to cost and if you insist on buying from Namccy Shoes don't go by their sizing chart. Order your regular size as remember that Chinese sizing is suited to their small feet no matter if you follow the directions or not.

I ordered a size W9, (M8) and received a W9.5. I asked to exchange for the correct size and they argued that they sent the right size, even after sending them a picture of the incorrect size. They refused an exchange unless I paid the shipping, or bought a second pair at 50% off. After going back and forth, I ended up accepting a 20% refund, keeping the shoes that my Aunt can't wear. Worst customer service ever and a loss of $70.

The shoes are cheaply made... However that is not the worst thing. They are based in China and the guaranteed refunds are a JOKE. They try to get you to take a 50% COUPON to buy a different pair of shoes, when they didn't fit me AT ALL. They tell you that shipping is super expensive to return them, which is their policy. (If it isn't a quality issue you are responsible for returns.) If I could have given them ZERO stars I would have. I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT buy from this company!!

Can’t see my last review, but I at last received a 50% discount coupon I could use, and ordered same shoe, but in a size 6 and a half. Shoes just arrived……….
Grrrrrrrrrr size 40!!!!! Since when is a 6 and a half a 40? Wrong size DEFINITELY NOT MY FAULT THIS TIME. So now I have spent $NZ200.00 on completely useless shoes
