Substandard. I wish I had read the reviews prior to seeing what I believed was a decent offer. The linen shirts I purchased were supposed to be 2XL, when they arrived they were extremely small and would not fit a child. I contacted the email supplied and they referred me to their returns policy, stating no refunds on sale items, then to compound my frustration offered me 30% of my next purchase. Looking at the reviews for the company it is obviously a scam, knowingly sending out sub-standard goods in the knowledge that they never refund or except any liability for the products they are sending out. I purchased my shirts via an advert on Facebook. My advice to anyone wishing to buy from this company is do not.

I ordered a dress from nancy london .com and while going through this process was offered a second dress at a discount. Both dresses arrived in one package even though they had separate order details. The material was synthetic not cotton as advertised. No labels, tags or paperwork. Requested returns label ( 3 times ) via the link on the original email confirming my order. To date l have had no response at all. Also no PayPal facility when I ordered, which I always use. This perhaps should have rung alarm bells. A total scam.

Their web site looks very tempting BUT avoid it like the plague . I wish that people would read the reviews before considering to purchase anything. I spent over £100 on cashmere sweaters but the quality was dreadful and the sizing completely incorrect. It is amazing how this company gets away with what they do. Take Great Care, I would have given a zero if I could. A very upsetting situation.

Absolutely disgraceful to deal with. Breaking UK consumer laws. Don’t engage. Sizes are wrong and don’t refund or exchange even though law says they must. Contacting consumer ombudsman next.

This company is a scam they sell clothes which a very very poorly made and they bring them in from Hong Kong the sizes are shocking and they won’t take the goods back when you contact them overpriced and cheap materials

I ordered a pair of trainers from this company and whilst placing the order was offered a discount which I accepted but it turned out that the discount was on a second pair of the same shoes. I immediately emailed them to cancel the second pair but they said it was too late but when the delivery arrived I was to accept only the one pair from the courier. 11 days later the shoes arrived in the same package and the courier refused to return the second pair as the package had been opened. I have emailed the company to request a refund and am waiting patiently for their reply. My intention is to see legal advice on this matter to ensure future customers do not experience the same appalling service

The dress I purchased was wrongly sized, poor quality and the customer service was awful. They refused me a refund or exchange for the correct size despite their mistake. I will never buy from them again and suggest no-one else does either. The worst company I have ever been unfortunate enough to use.

This company will rip you off. Do not order anything from them as they will not refund you just give you % off to purchase something else. Their sizing is incorrect and then you can't return. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM.

You can't use the same delivery service to return the goods. Other companies allow returns and refunds even if they are on offer or in the sale.

Be very careful. Don't use this lot.

The fact that all the reviews are 1 star and they are making no effort to improve things for the customers speak volumes.

As everyone else says don't touch them with a barge pole. From China which took 3 weeks. Everything on sale so can NOT be returned even if you pay the postage. Found EXACTLY the same top on Temu and it was £4.99 and I had paid £24.99 which was a reduced price. Not even a nice quality top to give someone else. Stick with Temu!! An expensive mistake be warned.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…Customer service is shocking, goods are way below a wearable standard. In the process of wanting to return my goods and get a refund, but they keep coming back with their returns policy… saying they do not accept returns on sale goods, everything seems to be a sale item, this company are no better than the cold callers who would think nothing of taking your money with nothing in return.

Cannot believe I got caught, please if a company hasn't got paypal do not NOT use them, all they're stuff is "on sale" and their policy is no returns on sale items, item arrived 3 weeks later and omg, The quality was horrendous! No tag, no lable, a stain on it and smell of perfume, nothing like on the advert, completely different dress, how can companies get away with this!!!! it's unreal, the slum shop is called... nancy london UK but it's a Chinese slum shop! They do not deserve any stars. I wish that I had read reviews before purchasing. I ordered what was described as a cashmere luxe sweater and received a poor quality polyester garment. When I requested a refund I received the reply that it was a sale item and no refund. They would not accept my comment that sale or no sale they had not fulfilled their sale of a cashmere garment and offered me 30% off my next purchase as a goodwill offer!! Doubtless I will not take them up on this.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR. Please don't buy from these awful people. The products are rubbish and the customer service is non-existent - their trading 'policies' are illegal in this country. Everything you read in these reviews is absolutely true. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not buy from these people! First they sent me the wrong item then they would not refund me as that item was in the sales and they do not refund these. I wrote countless emails to get a refund as they were wrong in sending me the wrong item, but they would not refund me. A very unhappy customer!

This company should get NO STARS. I have had exactly the same problems as all of the other people who have reviewed them. I bought a blouse which looked beautiful on the website but, after waiting for over two weeks for the parcel to finally arrive, I was horrified to find that it was nothing like advertised - cheap and nasty fabric and far, far too small for anyone other than a child. They refused a me refund and offered me 10% discount on my next purchase, then a 30% and finally a 50%. I wrote and said that I did not want a discount but a refund. They blocked me. I subsequently contacted my credit card company and got a refund which Nancylondon did not dispute. I urge others to take this measure as this will be the only way this company will lose custom. They are a Chinese Hong Kong company and I can't find any English address to complain to. I inadvertently sent a review to Nancy London.co.uk who have nothing to do with Nancylondon.com. I am so sorry to them for this mistake, it must be dreadful for them as I am sure that I am not the first to do this.

Complete scam. Please avoid at all costs.
You will not get a refund. The product sizing and quality is a joke.
