Gone downhill
Gone downhill. Nandos is not the same, spice is not even hitting the spots. Weak and undercooked chicken. Nandos has lost its touch. Make better peri at home

Great food and and space for family however the waiting lines and queues are way too long for the Reading branch!
What a let down
Couldn't detect any hint of spice, and neither could my wife, who is normally a lightweight when it come to hot spicy food.

Bedford Interchange
Dear Nando’s Team,
I hope you’re doing well. As a loyal customer for decades, I’m deeply disappointed to learn that the new Nando’s at Bedford Interchange is not Halal. Bedford has a large Muslim community that was eagerly looking forward to a Halal Nando’s, especially since there is already a non-Halal branch in the town centre.
This decision has left many customers feeling overlooked, and I sincerely hope Nando’s reconsiders its policy to accommodate the diverse community in Bedford. A Halal option would not only be greatly appreciated but also ensure inclusivity for many loyal fans of your brand.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this and hope to see a positive change in the near future.

Service let down
My daughter and her friend (14 and 16 years old) went for a meal today and we're treated unfairly. First waitress told them after waiting for 30min that she will make sure that the order comes out. Second one said she'll tall with chef. After hours wait they needed to reorder their food. Other people were served normally. Girls felt like they were treated like that due to their age. Food was good though

Chicken was hardly cooked, its gone down hill but prices have gone up! Dissapointed!

I thought the food was pretty good, but the service was so bad it ruined the experience.
"It's self-serve, and you ruined your own experience." you might think, but you would be wrong. If it were actually self-serve, I'd have picked up my food at the counter when they called my number instead of waiting more than an hour after ordering for the cook to bring it to the table, identify it only as "medium" and not be sure it was being delivered to the right customer.
It wasn't the cook's fault, and not even the disinterested manager's fault. Nando's service is designed badly, and then done according to its design.
Missing items
Fed up ordered our meal. Half the order is missing. Not great customer service. Told to just reorder. Not great.

Well what can I say Restaurant run by young kids some seemed quite lost as to what they should be doing. No Bottomless Drimks available, food was sat on n counter for at least 15 mins before served, never got asked how our food was. Had I been asked I would have advised I found 2 hairs in my Long stem broccoli not surprising as girl doing most of the cooking had long hair and no hair net. Disgusting really for the cost and such a large franchise.

I recently went to nandos with my 17 year old and I was waiting 15/20 mins for a table then I was taken to my seat I asked the worker who took us to the table if I could sit in the hub that was empty she said no someone already sat there. I wasn’t really that bothered where I sit but my son said he had never sat there. I saw another couple leave, I again asked the same lady if I could sit there she turned around and said it’s for 3/4 people and it’s kept empty for when busy. I ordered my food and was waiting for it when 3 people came and asked if they could go in the hub and she nicely said yes of course. I thought ok because they were 3 that’s why, then I women with a pram that would of blocked other people said I can’t get my pram in there can I go in hub and she was only 1 and she yes of course you can at this point I was no happy was getting frustrated and the worker could tell I was not happy. I asked to speak to a Manager her name was Alex she was lovely apologised and said there is no rule that only 3/4 people can sit in the hub anyone can she said. She got the table cleaned and moved my son and me. She made me feel so low and second class citizen, where no matter what I said she just didn’t care and it was written all over her face. I think I should of been given at least compensation like a free voucher for a meal or money back as my experience wasn’t good at all and my food was burnt too. I will think afew times before I go there again. It was definitely white privileges

I went to the Navy Yard Peri Peri near my house in Washington DC. This is a really good restaurant and is not "fast food," but is very convenient. It's a good balance of convenience and quality. Highly recommended.
