Firstly overcharged extra $20.00 charge questioned, and received this flacky respond "We would like to inform you that the overcharge in question is our handling tax charge.

I have taken this product since Dec 19th which is 8 weeks nothing not a pound.... garbage requested refund nothing
I placed an order for 4 boxes ($48.97), with the order to be doubled, free of charge. I was sent the 4 boxes and an additional 6 boxes at a charge of 43.38. I was also sent 6 boxes of micro needle patches with a charge of 55.98 and charged for shipping insurance ( $5.69) and animal rescue fee ($2.99).
Grand total of $157.01
I have asked for a full refund which is advertised ( with no questions asked) however have been told that this package must be returned to an address in China, even though it was shipped from a warehouse in Mississauga ( less than 30 km. from my house). I have offered to personally deliver the package there to avoid any loss or damage. The cost to ship to China is approx. $165.00, as quoted at Staples.
This of course is a prohibitive cost and this company uses this to prevent returns.
I find it disgusting that they can send and charge whatever they want and there is no recourse for the customer. DO NOT order from here! It is a SCAM!
The packages are also clearly marked with an AMERICAN flag and state made is U.S.A.
I have since been checking similar ads for the same product but with different company names. If you search the contact you will find that the phone number listed is the same in all cases.

It says it’s made in Canada but ships from China.. and I searched Facebook and found an identical ad that says it’s made in the US!!
I got expedited shipping and it has not yet arrived and I don’t know if it will.. or what it is even made of
This company is a flat out scam operation. They have appropriated the legitimate Diabetes Canada website and are offering a product that is allegedly a Moringa plant supplement. They falsely claim the product is made in Canada when it is actually Chinese. They have a website URL perfectppl.com. Click on it and you are taken to the fake Diabetes Canada web page lookalike. I have informed the RCMP about the fraud.
