I have just registered with this agency because I was interested in one of their positions. The agent responsible for me was very attentive and made sure I feel welcome. In the end the job I was interested is now my job and I enjoy it very much. I am happy to recommend this agency as they are trying their best to match you with the best possible position.
My husband and I travelled through Spain and France with our two young boys while we watched my older son play rugby. As our attention was divided and we still had to work for our businesses back home in New Zealand, we decided to get a Nanny. Nannies and Mannies provided an excellent Nanny for us who by the end of the trip felt like part of the family. My little sons loved her and she was professional while still being loving and kind. I feel like she was matched well with our requests and I felt extremely supported in the application process. Im even catching up with her in Fiji next month!

Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe.
- I m a nanny (13 years of experience) and did a trial for one family and the real conditions were not like described by the agency. Very unpleasant.
- Months after this, the recruiter Silvia asked me for my references. It means they sent me to a family without checking any of my references!! Very unsafe for families too. Not to mention I gave my references when I applied as it part of the application so they just lost them. Very unprofessional.
-I also applied for another family and she told me there is no experience in my cv with that age. So I sent a screenshot of my cv highlighting my previous experience with that age and she stopped replying. Disappeared since then.
-Ah..she recruited me from a nanny website saying she was a parent, when I accepted she gave me the agency application and she recruits in this deceptive way everywhere.
I do have the email and chat saved as a proof.

If a family decides to adjust conditions or expectations during a trial period, this is entirely outside the agency’s control. Nannies & Mannies operates transparently and communicates job information as received, with no alteration or omission.
It is deeply regrettable when individuals who are not selected for a position attempt to damage a company’s professional reputation through inaccurate and misleading statements.
