I’ve had the best experience with Filsane from Nanny’s Intuition. From the first phone call, I could tell she was very passionate about caring and supporting Nannies in their journey to finding new jobs. She really understood what I was looking for and kept me informed all the way through.

As a nanny who was looking for a new position I couldn’t recommend Filsane more highly. She guided me through the registration process, tweaked my cv to make sure the relevant information stood out, thoroughly checked my references and really got a feel for who I was as a nanny and what I was looking for in my next posting. When the time came for interviews she gave me a great insight into what the family were looking for in the person they hoped to hire so that I could be sure to showcase my skills and knowledge appropriately.
The whole process was seamlessly efficient from start to finish.

When it comes to caring for children, there are few people I trust more than Filsane.

My experience with Filsane over many years has been via her childcare services at Honeybunch, which only bodes well for her nanny agency.

She (together with her equally caring and accomplished husband Adrian) cared for my son and my daughter in their formative years before pre-school and provided the most beautiful home-from-home experience; encouraging them and helping them grow in knowledge and confidence. Being very different children, Filsane recognised this and ensured that she gave them exactly what they needed at each stage of their young lives. They thrived in her care and absolutely loved going to her childcare setting every day.

Filsane’s commitment to the wellbeing, development and happiness of the children in her charge is evident in everything that she does for them. Her services go far beyond just a job - childcare is her true passion and vocation and she has an inherent ability to make children feel safe, engaged and loved. Filsane understands what it takes to create a nurturing environment and (with so much experience in raising happy, well adjusted children) is the perfect person to find nannies who share similar values and a similar approach to childcare - no matter the ‘wants’ of the parents, or the needs of the child.

Her childcare knowledge and experience is also second to none. Filsane followed the EYFS curriculum, to ensure that our children were hitting key milestones, but also inspired by Montessori values, wove a lot of this approach into their learning and put a lot of time and effort into creating creative, engaging activities that empowered the children to explore things they wanted to learn as well as through gently guided, collaborative play.

Reliability and trustworthiness are two of Filsane's defining qualities. She is utterly dependable. As parents, we had complete peace of mind leaving our children in her care and always gratefully received any advice she gave us. Communication was a priority and we always felt well informed, with Filsane going above and beyond, sending videos to reassure us, give us treasured content of our children celebrating a milestone, or sometimes just to show us what fun they were having.

The name of this nanny agency is very fitting. Filsane has an incredible intuition and she can now share her vast experience, intuitive approach and discernment when selecting the best nannies for others. I have no doubt she will expertly match children with nannies who have shared values and can provide that same exceptional standard of care and importantly, tons of love.

I cannot recommend Nanny's Intuition highly enough! Everyone that meets Filsane feels that their family is better for it and now, even more families will be enriched by Filsane's intuitive, nurturing childcare services.

Filsane looked after our daughter for 2 years, starting from the age of 10 months old, as I had to return to work. It was a huge step for me to find someone I could trust to leave my young baby with, but there was something about Filsane and Adrian when they described everything from ethos, routine, even the food, where we knew we could trust her to look after our first child.

When we had our second child we didn’t hesitate for Filsane to care for him too.

Both children have had so much fun being looked after my Filsane. In addition to the childcare setting, she also was our nanny on certain days. They benefited from being taken out and also but learning through playing - this include vocabulary, numeracy, literacy etc. - Filsane has a knack for making learning fun.

The daily diary updates that FIlsane provides with the fabulous pictures were very special. Even though I'd spent a day in the office it really felt as though I didn’t fully miss out.

The environment is perfect for any child who wants to be in a safe and loving environment, with healthy food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and fun packed activities on the agenda. I would gladly give Filsane a glowing reference as she really felt like our Mary Poppins!

Even though our children are older now and have not been with Filsane in a childcare setting for a while. It’s been great to reach out to Filsane to request as hoc support
