2 months and didn’t receive my order, customer service team respond with vague answers and for weeks they didn’t answer at all! This is obviously a scam and they took the money! I even don’t know how to get my money back. Be careful, it is a scam company.
This is clearly a scam. It has been 40 days since I placed my order and paid the full amount in advance. The product has still not been shipped or delivered, and the seller is refusing to provide a refund. Communication has been unprofessional, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.
