My package wasn't delivered, and I was given the wrong number to pick it up. I sent several emails, but they didn't reply, and I haven't received a refund. This online shop is a scam. Think twice before ordering anything from them.
I highly recommend Nanoride to anyone looking to purchase the Ninebot MAX G2 or any other product they offer. I was given a chance to test a brand new scooter before i buy it. Their outstanding service and commitment to delivering a top-notch customer experience made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better purchasing experience, and it reflects well on both Nanoride and the product they offer.
After making order I could immediately collect it in the storage, so it was very quick. Products have good quality and prizes are okay.
