I called and got thru and got a refund along with today's charge reversed.
I believe as everyone here had legitimate issues with this company I personally will never do business with them again and advise anyone who has, to check your credit card account frequently. They are definitely shady and crooked.

No Paperwork Included for Returns
Socks delivered today. No paperwork or returns address on parcel. I have contacted them and have yet to have an answer on how to return the items as they are extremely tight around the tops. Expected them to be tight but not around the tops it is causing indentations in the skin.
They also charged a processing fee and shipping amount with no pre warning given.

Do not use Nano Socks
Do not use Nano Socks, they charge your card erroneously for products you did not order. They did this to me with charges up to $100 and then when I called to cancel the order, they indicated our product was processed and shipped so they couldn't do anything about it. This is a problem - do not trust this site, they need to be shut down.

Banni socks order practices!
I ordered one pair of socks from the website. There were several other items the site kept throwing up before I got to pay for the order. After inputting my credit card the total of the order came to $66. The socks cost $17 incl coupon with shipping. I immediately contacted the company, sent an email. I got a response saying they were looking into it.
The next day I got another email stating there was nothing they could do the order had shipped! I had already informed my cc people of the error.
Nanny socks email stated I could keep the order with a 40% discount or ship it back for a refund. Paying the postage myself!
Don’t do business with this company it’s sharp business practice on the public!
