Where do I even begin? I booked a couples massage with my partner for a special occasion, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. First, they double booked us, so we had to wait 25 minutes past our appointment time in a cramped, uncomfortable waiting area. When we finally got in, the two therapists clearly didn't communicate with each other, one was using way too much pressure while the other barely touched my partner. The rooms were separated by a thin curtain with zero privacy, and we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Halfway through, someone from the front desk barged in without knocking to ask about payment, completely destroying any relaxation we had managed to achieve. When we left, we both felt worse than when we arrived, tense, annoyed, and cheated out of good money. This place has no sense of hospitality, professionalism, or basic customer service. Absolutely not recommended under any circumstances.

I don't understand the positive reviews for this place. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but my experience was horrible. The therapist talked on the phone for five minutes during my session, the room wasn't properly heated, and the massage itself was so light that I felt like I was just being patted down. I asked for firmer pressure and she sighed like I was inconveniencing her. The whole experience felt lazy and uncaring. For the price they charge, I expected actual professionals, not someone who clearly doesn't want to be there.
