Agent Mundi Kaur told me the shipper…

Agent Mundi Kaur told me the shipper operates 24/7, so I could go anytime to get loaded. My driver checked in around 17:15 & got loaded at 22:00. Shipper took longer than expected. My driver still tried his best to be on time but he didn't have enough time, so he was late for the 7 am drop-off. He got there around 8:30. They moved the drop-off appointment to the next morning and refused to pay detention at the shipper or offer any other compensation.

Contractor at NApa Tran in PA

I work for them over 10 years until I couldn’t take it anymore they’re a good company I’m not sure if they are anymore or maybe it’s the market not sure you also have good people there some not so good I give them 5 star for them to give me the opportunity to pay for 2 trucks and the good people that was there or still there as for the mechanic shop they get 3 star
