Terrible products and even worse support.

We had a Napier tent in the past for my old truck. It ended up ripping after a few years but I figured we got a few decent trips out of it and we’d give them another try. Upon purchasing the tent and opening it on our trip the truck tent was immediately defective and had splits in the fibreglass poles. We attempted to return the tent and extension we had purchased for it and were told we could not and would need to go through Napier. Upon contacting them we have been offered 0 help and have been ignored for 18 days now. Stay far far away, we have since purchased a roof top tent for not much more and experienced amazing service and quality, save yourself the time and money and avoid Napier at all costs.

Great customer service. I had questions about a Sportz tent and they rep was able to answer my questions. I then ordered directly through their website and the tent arrived quickly within the time frame they told me.
