I’m leaving this review as a warning. After dealing with Napoleon Games, I got doxxed and shortly after noticed suspicious transactions / money stolen from my bank account. Be very careful with your personal information.

Never Napoleon again. You deposit money, but suddenly you can’t withdraw it anymore. And that’s not even the worst part—when you play roulette, after a while it feels like you’re only playing to lose. Bets that would normally win are suddenly rejected, while wagers placed on losing numbers are still counted on your table. A complete scam from start to finish.

Most definitely a scam, u they will give u profits in the beginning, give u bonuses etc but eventually will take everything u will put in .. just like any other f napoleon, belgian loser casino with broke ass employees 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 just like bc 💀

Franchement, Napoleon Games n’est plus ce que c’était. Avant, c’était un bon jeu qui payait correctement et on pouvait vraiment s’amuser. Aujourd’hui, c’est tout le contraire : on perd tout ce qu’on met sans jamais rien récupérer. L’expérience est devenue très décevante et frustrante. Je ne recommande plus du tout ce jeu. Surtout, n’y jouez pas si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent.

Honestly, Napoleon Games is not what it used to be. It used to be a good game that actually paid out and was enjoyable to play. Now, it feels like you lose everything you put in without getting anything back. The experience has become very disappointing and frustrating. I no longer recommend this game at all. Don’t play it if you don’t want to lose your money.

A very bad experience with Napoleon Games. My €400 deposit hasn't been credited to my account, and eight days later, it's still not resolved. They don't reply to emails for days, and I have to wait hours for someone to respond by chat. On the phone, they keep me waiting 20 minutes, only to then tell me no one is available to speak with. To this day, this remains unresolved.

⚠️ Serious issue with NapoleonGames.ro — be careful!

I won 9,000 RON on September 29th, 2025.
After completing all KYC verification steps and submitting every requested document (BT and BCR bank cards, account statements, and ID photos), the casino refuses to process my withdrawal.

I was repeatedly asked for unnecessary documents, the live chat is blocked (showing “516 people waiting, 13–18 hours estimated”), and emails are being ignored.

I have officially filed a complaint with the Romanian gambling authority (ONJN) under case number A79921, and I’m waiting for their investigation results.

It’s unacceptable that a licensed operator under ONJN still holds players’ winnings hostage after full verification.

I will update this review once the ONJN case is resolved.

This casino is fake, I deposited money, I tried to withdraw it even after 72 hours I didn't receive it, no matter how much money you deposit you will lose. Somehow it also has a Ro domain. Its license should be withdrawn

Pretty great bookie. On some betting markets the limits are quite low (not sure if that's only for me or for everyone) but in general they feel like the most customer focused bookie there is.

Massive scam you win once and then you never win again.

The customer service is very bad a joke tbh. i had a glitch that i couldn't hit or stand, but they didn't believe me. they said i hit but even do i didn't had a option to hit or stand. This company is a scam, probably many people have had this. They won't offer a compansation or refund. Probably many people have had similar experiences to mine!

Suddenly, my account with money on it was blocked. Support said that I needed to send documents to verify my identity. After I did so, they confirmed that all documents were in order, but that I would have to wait for the security department to unlock the account. It has now been over a week since then!!! Support has stopped responding! Complete disregard! I will be contacting the police and the gambling regulatory authority! This company is behaving like actual scammers. Once again, they have blocked access to an account with money on it and have stopped communicating!

Someone used my email address to register an account on this website. I contacted their support and they won't remove my email address from their system until I send them copies of ID and other documents they requested, which is ridiculous and abusive.

Napoleon games is a complete scam, you can never win, and they will never send you your money, they have programmed AI algorithms which do selection on IP address, user profile, and phone type. Basically if you are not of Belgian origin of a certain age group they will never allow you to win. Gathered information through 4 control experiments over 1 week with 10 people conducting this test and the results don't lie. Plus it indicates they are racist and discriminatory.

The boost weel seems biased. Never win anything unless I lose allot.
