The mat is OK and does the job well - perhaps a bit too shiny!
The mat is OK, although it's not yet lying flat. But the UPS delivery was terrible - after proposing date/time which I couldn't do, and then changing it on-line to which they agreed, and then didn't meet that new date/time and again without consultation or options selected another date/time which managed to meet by re-arranging something else. Don't use them again!

It would have been helpful to know that…
It would have been helpful to know that the cloth should overhang the edges of the table by about 20 cm. We did not know this, and only allowed an overhang of about 8cm. Thus, the cloth sticks out horizontally at the edges. You need to put this advice in your product description

The tablecloth you bought does not need to be ordered with overhang. You must order these thicknesses by exact size of the table surface. You can read this in the product description and is also visible in the product photos.
Barring my mistake, I cannot find a case on this. When there are complaints, we always try to find a solution.
