Scam! Purchased over $100 worth of nappies, took a week to arrive despite going from Sydney to Sydney. I then returned the unopened package for a refund per their policy and weeks have gone by with zero refund or response from seller. They've basically stolen from me at this point. AVOID THIS DODGY BUSINESS!!

I've ordered from the Nappy Box Co. Multiple times and have never been disappointed. The product is good. The time from order to dispatch has always been good.

The nappies arrived on time & perfect. I use the nappies on my reborn babies so I really can't do a proper review. I would use them on a real baby, if I had one.

I love this. It’s a gift for my sister who lives in the outback that doesn’t have a garbage service so she opted for cloth nappies. I love the design and it was delivered in a very fast manner.

Shipped out super fast and nappies are excellent. They are nice and wide with plenty of room for growth. I’ve tried a few other brands of cloth nappies but these are my favourite so far. They fit my three month old so well with no leaks, even when she did a huge poo. The prints are cute and bright. Will define buying more.

I’ve made a couple of purchases from nappy box now and each time my order has arrived in a timely manner. I love the designs and the quality of the nappies. I like how even when the insert/liner is soaking wet the surface against Bub feels dry.
I’m not a fan of the micro fleece liners as I don’t find them as absorbent as the micro fibre inserts but overall highly recommend nappybox products

I like the product.
The only disappointment is that I was meant to receive a mat which was forgotten.

It took three weeks to be delivered in New Zealand.

I purchased the nappy insert for my 93-year-old mum to use for incontinence—a reasonably priced product.

Even though I ordered during a sale, my order was still delivered in a timely manner. I was kept up to date with each step of the delivery process and it arrived exactly when I was expecting it. The parcel was neatly packed and there was even a free gift... Bonus! The nappy designs were very detailed and the material was good quality. Very happy with my experience.

Love your products. This is the 2nd time I have purchased from you. Good quality, and great designs.
However, the only downfall I have is that delivery does take longer than expected. It took nearly 2 weeks so I wld just advise other buyers to allow at least this time to recieve your order. Otherwise fantastic website, most of the time they have clearance and bargain nappies, so much cheaper than other websites but still great quality
