Deformed products, un accomidating support

I purchased 3 mattresses in June of 2025. One of them, had become misshapen, pokes you when you sleep, and not usable on it's own. It's only March of 2026. I contact Nap Queen, as it's under warranty. They ask for pics, then more pics, then receipts, then more receipts (only 1 receipt, HEH), then ghost me almost 2 weeks... Then when I respond asking WHAT is happening. They say they will provide a replacement.

Awesome, address is the same.

Then they say "FIRST! We need you to either DONATE or DISPOSE of the old one, and provide us with proof." ... It's a defective mattress, this makes it unable to donate. As for DISPOSAL, I called around, prices are $75-$125 to haul it away. The mattress cost me $138. On top of it's still in use. I bought a 3" topper from amazon and piled quilts on the side that is poking...but it's something.

So, they expect me to pay out of my pocket to get rid of, then EVENTUALLY they MIGHT send a replacement, all the while I sleep on the floor.
