Narconon is a scientology recruitment…

Narconon is a scientology recruitment brainwashing center. I left on day 11 after the blackout period cause I could see what they were doing. They follow L. ron Hubbards sci fi book and use it as an instruction manual. They refused to refund me any of my money cause I left on day 11 instead of 10, but I was on blackout period And couldn't call anybody till day 11:00
I finally just left when they weren't looking, they sent somebody to follow me. They refused to give me my cell phone, my bag, my guitar. I was a thousand miles away from home with nobody around me that I knew and they just let me leave without my stuff. They told me it was my problem. The things they made me do there and the things I saw other people do there would give me nightmares forever. I finally got clean using a place called ANR in florida. They put you in a medically induced coma for 12 hours and when you wake up there are no withdrawal symptoms. It's amazing.

Before coming to Narconon I had no grip…

Before coming to Narconon I had no grip on my addiction. I was isolating from family and friends. Every thought of what I needed to do to take care of my responsibilities seemed like a huge daunting task which crippled me to think of doing and would lead to me using more drugs and avoiding my problems. Which lead to procrastination. “Tomorrow is a new day” then tomorrow would arrive and the same thought of “I need to do this” would turn to no will power and avoidance. Every day was the same viscous cycle but not anymore. The Narconon program cleared my body of the things I put in it, and it freed me from the thoughts I would have while using. It got me thinking outward and not inward so I wasn’t stuck in the past. It gave me CONTROL!

I personally found Narconon to be very…

I personally found Narconon to be very unreliable and ineffective. Their drug addiction counselors seemed untrained to us.

We had a terrible experience with this organization, but luckily found success elsewhere.

Narconon saved my life

Narconon literally saved my life. It's a non religious organization and it works. L. Ron Hubbard was one of the first person that studied how drugs works and how solve the problem. The real founder of Narconon is William Benitez, an addicted that started to use these information. L. Ron Hubbard gave the copyrights of his discoveries in homage to Benitez who in fact founded Narconon. The sad thing is that those who attack Scientology also attack Narconon even though it is a totally secular organization. What I learned at Narconon is not to discriminate against other religions. This is a fundamental universal value. At Narconon, I met Muslims, Christians, Jehovah's Witnesses, Buddhists, and Scientologists too. All of them were there to solve their problem so that they could return to live according to their values and principles. The negative reviews are mostly written by people who do not know, have not attended the Centers and have only read the opinions of those who attacked. Narconon works, I haven't taken drugs for 15 years and I will continue for the rest of my life. I know hundreds of people who have done the same thing. I believe that beyond the gossip and envy this is the only thing that matters.

It's non-religious, non-profit organization.

I working with Narconon already 2 years and program saved lives of dozens of thousands people over 50 years time period.
It's non-religious, non-profit organization. Narconon believes that addiction is neither inherited nor an incurable disease that requires indefinite treatment. Nor is an addict an addict for life. The Narconon program consists of unique procedures to assist addicts to overcome drug or alcohol dependencies and its damaging effect.
The procedures that Narconon uses are created by L Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology, but a person not required to be a Scientologists or become a Scientologist after the program. The only purpose of Narconon program is to help person overcome addiction and start FULLY DRUG-FREE LIFE, i.e. without any replacement drugs and so forth.
