I am extremely disappointed with Narrak's business ethics and lack of accountability. After collaborating as an independent commercial partner and driving verified, fully-paid customer orders to their store, the company completely ceased communication and withheld legitimate payouts without any explanation.
When a company refuses to honor commercial agreements and simply cuts off communication while keeping the revenue, it raises serious red flags regarding their internal financial stability, merchant integrity, and long-term customer support.
If this is how they treat business partners who bring them revenue, buyers should be extremely cautious about how warranty claims, replacement parts, or customer service inquiries will be handled if something goes wrong with a $1,000+ purchase.
Zero transparency and non-existent communication. Would not recommend doing business with this brand.
