The shipment tracking system is completely non-functional. They claim attempted deliveries that were unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence, which is absolutely untrue. They apparently sent the package back to the sender without me knowing it was being held in storage, and when I requested a refund for a package that never arrived, I received no further response despite multiple follow-up requests. They are complete fraudsters—beware!
