I wish the whole world worked like Griffin Waste Services! I sent an email inquiry, got a call in less than 5 minutes. They had the dumpster at my house that day. They were prompt in picking it up. And, everybody there seems incredibly nice from the folks who answer the phone to the guys who deliver the dumpster. And, their price, I thought were very fair. I highly recommend!

Griffin did exactly what they said they would do--it's that simple. In the construction business, that is invaluable. The container showed up on time, the driver was courteous and communication was clear. We got the container we asked for and it was placed where we wanted it. Based on my experience, I would not only work with Griffin again--I would recommend them to others.

I was so impressed with the stellar combination of fantastic customer service and prompt delivery/pick-up. I had shopped other rental options that were slightly cheaper, but after all the positive reviews, I decided to give Griffin a call. The operator was so helpful, polite, well spoken and, patient with my lack of knowledge with this kind of thing...there was no question who I would go with. And I'm so glad I did. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. The cost of driving to the dump 10 times and paying for each individual load would have been as much or more as the cost of the rental.

Customer service was awesome! Dumpster was delivered an hour after the order was placed. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We are a local remodeling company and use Griffin for all of our dumpsters on our jobsites. They always show up when they say they will and are quick to deliver and pull dumpsters from jobsites as needed. Dee and Debbie are always great to work with in office as well.

Quick, easy, and friendly!

I needed a dumpster for a demo job. Ended up using three dumpsters to finish the job. Could not have been happier with the people at Griffin that I worked with. I had called another company first (Budget Dumpsters) and they couldn't give me a delivery time or have their driver call me when they were on the way. The "salesperson" ended up telling me " I don't think this will be a good delivery for us..." Really? Called Griffin, they had a dumpster at the job site within two hours-the driver called me when he was on the way and again when he reached the site.

That is customer service done the way it should be.
