Report to the Police.

Should be minus one. March 27 2020 I ordered A professional Magic Ring for € 29,95 at Nason. Up till now no refund, no ring in spite of all their promises and my emails. I am going report it to the Police today. I have warned them I would.

According to my information it has been registered with PostNL, but this is already two weeks ago and it seems lost. can you send an e-mail so we can send it again? We can also refund you if you prefer.

9 April ORDERED NOT RECEIVED YET NO REFUND AND NEVER PROCESSED.

9 April I ordered the magic ring for 29.95 euros on a ads through Facebook. Send them 5 email to get update about the delivery and that I wanted to cancel the purchase. Now, May 13, still received nothing. I have already indicated several times from the beginning that I want to cancel the sale, this is a legal right. That is not discussed, I could return the package once delivered, for them that is the only way for them to refund my money.

Is it deliverd? If an order is already on its way, it is difficult for us to refund the purchase amount because we cannot stop the shipment. There are then many customers who accept the package and have not paid. That is the reason.

1+ month! Ordered but no deliveries

Normally I just call the seller to complain but that's not even possible, there's no contact details or something. Ordered a push-up board so I can do some home workout, bought it on 27th of March, it has been more than 20 days like the timeline you provided. Tracking is not even working by the way. Your service is bad even for scammers.
