I ordered a full YoYo stroller set for almost 700 Euro and nothing has arrived after over 3 months of waiting. Now I have been totally ghosted by the store. No one calls or emails me back. All the stores and affiliated stores around Paris are shuttered. I’m at a total loss.

Same experience actually - rainproof cover for yoyo, immediately took money, it’s been 8 weeks - nothing so far and when they answer the phone they refuse to return money and say it’s going to be delivered very soon. Very soon is going on for 5 weeks so far!
Complete scam!

Still no Yoyo pousette for 0 to 6 and 6+. My child is now almost 5 months. Natal Market does not reply to emails or take calls. They are a scam. Please do not buy from them. You will lose your money. I'm so sad and angry as really that was the only 650€ I wws given to buy a travel system for my daughter. Now I am at a loss. Looking for a second hand one to buy with no money or refund..please do not buy from them. You will end up like me. Broke and not items received

DO NOT ORDER ! They say delivery within 48-72H, I have been waiting for a month and still nothing. Customer service does not answer. Worst online experience

I have order yoyo poussette cost 400€ from 2/8/2022 but more than 1 month i haven't receive any item. I have call email but no answer. Natal market is the cheating website, don't order from them.
Nearly 2 months i don't receive anything. I thought i can buy the good product but no. It is arnaque.

Placed an order on July 31 for a YoYo footmuff in navy and a raincover. Both showed in-stock and would be dispatched in a matter of days. As of September 12, we still have not received our items. I have sent various e-mails, website contacts and have called with no answer. The only response I received was on September 1, stating that I would receive my items on August 7, which clearly makes no sense and did not happen. Avoid this merchant at all costs for your Babyzen items. In hindsight, I should have just walked down the street in Paris and purchased in-person, but between work, kids and everything else, it is often easier to have items delivered. This is the first company that has ever screwed me in this regard and a real shame as it is concerning items for a baby, especially with cooler weather and rain on the way. We thought we were doing good by ordering these items in the summer in preparation, but apparently we should have chosen a different vendor.

Commande passée pour 700€, aucune nouvelle pendant plus de 2 mois, délais dépassés, service client injoignable : ne répondent ni par téléphone, ni par email !!! Ils finissent par me dire que ca va être expédié et... surprise le colis aurait été perdu par le transporteur, qui lui indique ne l'avoir jamais récupéré.

A fuire de toute urgence, surtout quand on est enceinte et qu'on devrait éviter ce genre de stress

Nous allons également lancer des poursuites judiciaires et dénoncer la société à la DGCCRF.

PS : Très drole qu'ils demandent les numéros de commande sur les avis clients mais qu'ils ne répondent pas au 50 emails envoyés à leur adresse contact ou répondent à leur ligne de service client

Terrible dealings so far. Ordered a board for the yo-yo with expected delivery 24-48hrs. Money was taken immediately and since the 1st of May when the order was placed, NO information from this company of where my order is or when it will be delivered. As with others I have called daily to no avail, no one picks up and NO one responds to daily emails!!

On the same breath today my order is being prepared for delivery. I hope it will be delivered soon.

I went to Natal Market Paris 15 to buy BeSafe car seat. I was agreably surprized by the sympathy and professionalism of Jean Philippe. I ended buying two car seats :)
I really recommend this store for your purchases.

Thank you guys for my yo-yo. I’m putting 4 stars because it was virtually no updates on my order and I have to call few times... I would like it more if I would get updates in time

Order from Jan 30, no progress so far, no updates... extremely dissatisfied since I need my yo-yo fast.
