Poor management
I've booked 3 appointments that have all been approved, and there's no barber present! Do not sign up to this place!

Awful. In Bolton there have been more barbers than I have managed to get haircuts. Multiple cancellations. Then I get email and text from them saying they have sorted things, change of management, refresh, rebrand and Bolton is back up and running.
Paid for a month. No appointments are available because they have no barber.
Several emails, Facebook messages and zero response.
I’ve been going to Nathan’s barbers for 3 months. I go weekly to the Huddersfield branch to get my hair and beard trimmed. I am very happy with the service. I book in advance and rarely have to wait for my turn.
Lucian, the barber at Huddersfield, is excellent. The best I’ve ever had. He is efficient and thorough and very keen to ensure my hair is exactly the way I want it.
I’m a happy customer!
Definitely a scam, always cancelling on me and if you look at your bookings and check the availability for appointments you can sometimes see them advertising your slots which have booked to probably make you feel it's not hard to get appointments
Barber was drunk. Tried to cancel. Turns out I only ‘paused’, they took the next payment without informing me. And are totally impossible to contact. Great idea, terrible company
For the second day in a row I came to an appointment and nobody was here. Before that, my appointments were just cancelled. Before that the barber went on a holiday for weeks and nobody covered him. Absolute waste of time and money. They don’t even have the decency to respond to emails. Absolute conmen.
My last cut and beard trim was on 7th September and since then every appointment has been cancelled. I have had 14th, 22nd, 24th and 29th September cancelled and now 6th October has been cancelled which was confirmed this morning but I received a cancellation text message as I was driving here. They have the audacity to keep charging me even though I’ve had no haircut or beard trim in a month. If they don’t refund last months and this months payment I will be taking this up with trading standards and my bank. They should have treated Hasan better and kept Hasan and they wouldn’t have been facing these issues
If I realistically posted a review after every interaction with this poor excuse for a functioning business, they would have so many more 1* reviews than they already do. After they cancelled my 3 booked appointments, I have been unable to book in for a haircut for 6 weeks. Now when I’m stood outside the door for my first haircut the barber is nowhere to be seen.
The business is a joke. Poor service, low skill level of the barbers. No response from management. Avoid Nathan’s Bolton.
Avoid at all cost !!! I just paid for a subscription and there is no appointment for the next 30 days . Biggest scam ever . You can’t even get through to them . There is no phone number just an email adress . And you just get ignored . They don’t reply to emails
AVOID THIS!!
I signed up for the £30 per month for haircut and beard and booked my first appointment to be told the barber cannot do beards, which I didn't mind but after the haircut they emailed me to say they were closing that branch and that I would receive a full refund due to only having 1 haircut. They did not refund me but then charged me for the next month!
After a number of messages to their instagram page, I was simply told they would 'look into this for me' since then they have stopped replying to any of my communications.
£60 in total and only 1 below average haircut to show for it!
Avoid! I paid the first month only managed to get my hair cut once. First appointment I was double booked and as an apology was told I would get a month free. Tried to book another appointment at a different branch and it was cancelled on me the day before it was due. Shocking service.
Avoid at all cost …. They took my money for months and only cut my hair once. They are con men . Use your regular barber instead or you’ll be sorry
The 1 haircut was extremely poor and I had to cut it myself at home after to sort out the mess .
This company is all over the UK and I recently subscribed to then find out I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks. So it's a farce for a start. I've been the actual barbers in chester on Victoria road at the gym group at 11am on a Saturday morning and the place wasn't open. Even gym staff said he's hardly ever there. I cancelled my subscription and was refunded but they have taken money again and refused to refund it. In addition to all this they have blocked me on Facebook because I made a negative comment. Don't use this company. If you get your haircut every 3 weeks and it costs £12 which is about average then it will cost less anyway
