Excellent and quick service
Excellent and quick service. I've used them twice for parts for a 20 year old boiler. Orders were very affordable, delivered on time and the help from their team was excellent.
They twice saved me from having to buy a new boiler by supplying a parts that ended up costing me £35 each plus fitting.
Very nice service !

Fan they provided helped save my boiler, good price and very quick delivery. Appreciate this quick and efficient service.

Fan didn’t work- can’t exclude the possibility that I got the diagnosis wrong but went for new boiler anyway so returned the fan for advance replacement refund. No response. Eventually after sending photo proof that the fan had been delivered back I got a message to say refund on the way. 2 weeks later nothing. No response to a follow up email. Use other parts places
Patient but getting pissed
Still awaiting the refund from my exchange WB fan?
I have full tracking and a video of the old fan unit working (all be it slowly) before being dismantled!
£30 still owed!
Great service - very pleased.
Needed a new fan for my old Ideal Classic boiler. Ordered one from National Boiler Spares over the phone and it arrived the following day via DPD couriers.
Great service on the phone (thank you Jackie) and super efficient service.
Would happily recommend them and will keep their number for future reference.
Great Service
Boiler fan went after 23 years service; quoted £450 plus fitting for a new part. National Boiler Spares were able to offer a reconditioned part for £70 (and an offer of a £30 discount if I return the old part (which I will))
Part turned up and plumber fitting couldn't believe it wasn't new.
Great that there are companies out there that take the time to recycle and are able to offer great services.
Christmas Eve, great time for the boiler to expire.
The fan on our boiler finally gave up the ghost at 16:00 on Christmas Eve, not an ideal time to be without heating and hot water. Most suppliers were quoting early January, National Boiler Spares quoted 30th December and the price was very good. It arrived a day early with notifications that the fan had been dispatched and another notification from DPD to give me a time for the delivery. GOOD JOB.

Beware of this company selling poor refurbished parts for boilers that have faults and missing parts. I have learnt my lesson having purchased 2 items from them, the first not working & the second item I purchased as a replacement for the first, they supplied the wrong part. This repair was for a disabled person who urgently needed their boiler up and running. This firms incompetence delayed the process of repair by 4 days. I was trying to save costs by using a refurbished part. Never again would I buy from this seller as in the long run the part has cost more than a new one would have. This company are also trading on Ebay with the names heatpack191 & national_boiler_spares. They may have other names on Ebay. They have multiple listings showing different photo's and description for the same items making them look like different companies selling the same part also different prices are quoted with each separate listing adding to the illusion of being a different company selling on Ebay. As I purchased from Ebay I gave an honest feedback
only on the first purchase. To my surprise over a week later I received an email from Ebay with the following heading “ Activity on your account isn’t following policy: Abusive buyer policy “ I put 2 & 2 together and had a look at the feedback I had left. It had been removed, they had managed to manipulated Ebay and have the feedback removed by having stated to Ebay the following “Filing excessive returns claiming the item is not as described when the seller described it accurately.
- Filing excessive requests claiming that you didn't receive your items. “. I have been on Ebay for over 14 years with 100% positive feedback for sales and purchases in the thousands and spent tens of thousands of pounds on Ebay. Poor show on Ebay as they failed to even ask my side of the story before removing my honest feedback. They only had to look at the feedback this firm had received
using their different names from multiple other purchasers that mirrored my exact feedback. It just shows how far this firm will go to hide its customer who leave a negative feedback.
