Only loose money they not letting people win a little bit
After years of using the account, suddenly there was no access to the account and no possibility of contact or retrieving the financial resources. I guess the only thing left is to take legal measures, but who has the will, time or resources for that, unfortunately...
It hurts so much to see that 1 star on my review. Because they deserve nothing more than -5 stars:
0 for the non-existing service
-1 for not providing any contact
-2 for going to trouble of filling their on-line form and receiving 0 feedback
-3 for being unaccessible via phone
-4 for going to trouble of filling their on-line form and receiving 0 feedback again
-5 for stealing money - I mean, with playing lottery you basically donate them the money, there is really no need to steal on top of that. If there would be any strategy in the 'company', they would quickly realise that an active account brings much more money than stealing, unless in an extremely unlikely incident that I won a jackpot, but again, without access to the account I can't check this...
I occasionally played lottery before, but, thanks to them, I haven't played a single ticket for half a year - not on-line nor of-line. Nothing really changed for me in this time, except having some more money that I didn't spend donating to this 'company'.
