4 months after end of contract still no return of deposit. Most contacts (mails) are not answered, some are and when answered it is vague: “we will pay soon, thank you for your understanding”. A formal notice of “ingebreke stelling” goes unanswered. Phone is not picked up. This company uses real estate agents as intermediary who will send a hefty fine if you are one day late on behalf of NVG.
The most annoying is not even the money but the fact they don’t give a bit to communicate and think they can get away with it - even with contract breach.

2 months have passed since the deadline of the predetermined deposit refund date, no payment has been made to me. Despite contractual obligation and formal notice, no clear communication or justification has been provided regarding the deposit.

A formal notice of default has been sent, including a clear deadline, which has also been ignored. No valid justification, breakdown of costs, or supporting documentation has been provided.
