National floors did a great job. They are very professional my carpet looked great when it was finished. In December of 2025 I moved into my new apartment I called A carpet company and gave them my deposit and they had me going around in circles I felt tired and frustrated I needed Carpet before the Christmas holidays my daughter said call National floors I hesitated but I made the call I told them what the other company did to me and the sales person said please trust National floors And the rest is history. My carpet was done two days after and looked beautiful I am very happy I got my Christmas wish Thank you National-floors for A great Job well done❤️

Working with National Floors Direct was an easy, convenient, affordable, and quality process from start to finished. The company worked with us to schedule a time that worked best for us in our home to choose are carpeting, as well as when installing. The pricing was very competitive and affordable. The installers were professional and did a great job. Lastly, the carpeting is a quality product that is both aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Would definitely recommend using them.

Great initial rep visit … absolutely horrible customer relations with follow up questions after initial deposit.
The worst I’ve ever experienced. Unknowledgeable reps, belligerent, and useless in light of my very polite inquiry. Head scratching … final install was done well but I wouldn’t use them again. They made me very angry.

On December 5, 2025, we had laminate flooring installed in all four bedrooms of our house by National Floors Direct, and we are extremely happy with the results. Three installers arrived early in the morning and were professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. Since it had snowed that day, the main installer thoughtfully laid down a long piece of carpet from the front door to the staircase to protect the area while they moved materials back and forth from the garage. The team moved all the furniture, installed the laminate efficiently, cleaned the new floors thoroughly, and even cleaned the garage afterward. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the floors look fantastic. National Floors Direct provided a gift card for taking the time to post my honest review, and order number MD 14994 was required to receive the gift card.

Floors are beautiful. Had a large selection to chose from. Sales rep very knowledgeable. Very positive experience.

The very first visit with the representative from NFD offered me several options on flooring possibilities with prices for each . He explained in detail buying process, delivery and installation. After I made the ordered I was confident that the installation would go smoothly. This is my second time using NFD for my home . Awesome company .

My only concern was the time frame but for the price I can overlook that I love my floor I’ll recommend anyone to national direct floor good job guys

First off let me say thank you. My daughter love her floor and so do I. received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. The process of putting the floor down was so quick and smooth. They made sure they got my approval of the final finishes before they left in which I thought was awesome. The floor feels so amazing in my feet and I like the colors of the floor. We had National Floor Direct install new carpet in our game room and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation team was professional, polite, and very respectful of our home. They removed the old carpet, installed the new one perfectly, and cleaned everything up before leaving.

The easy of selecting from home. The no pressure pricing from the sales rep, the excellent installers who were- on time, courteous, detail oriented, meticulous and respectful of our home and furnishings.
The company says they will beat your best offer by 15 percent and they did- thr products were selected by the premier carpet companies- Mohawk and Shaw.

Start to finish, the whole experience was great! The salesman was low pressure and knowledgeable about the product line. He listened to what we were looking for to best fit our newly renovated home and our price point. The communication regarding the booking process was timely and thorough. Our installers were timely and friendly. They did a complete walkthrough to ensure we were satisfied with the installation and left the place clean and the furniture put back in its original place.

The team was very helpful and cooperative. They brought out every item in the rooms and laid the carpets neatly.

What a great experience we had getting our new carpet from NFD. The salesman was very helpful advising us about what carpet would be best. National Floors did a great follow up on when our carpet was to be installed and what preparations we needed to make before the installers arrived. On the day the installers arrived they were very polite and considerate. They did a fantastic job ,thoroughly cleaned up what little mess they made and had us inspect the entire job before leaving. We are truly pleased with the entire process and workmanship.
