Initially I was a little apprehensive as I contacted the company via a face book advertisement and was worried it may have been a scam, as I usually try to use a local business. However, I found the company to be extremely thorough and efficient, as well as having informative information given to us by the representative who came to our home and also available on line. We appreciate your feed back. In terms of the 074 fault, we have come out once to resolve the issue, I'm sorry it has continued to occur since then. I spoke with you last week concerning the fault and we are working on getting someone there again. With everything that is going on at the moment it is a bit harder than usual so please bear with us. Fortunately it is not a major fault and your system will still be producing solar for you at maximum capacity. We do however, understand the frustration as you want to be able to check your readings daily. We will notify you as soon as we can get someone out to you to fix this.

Very Happy Customer
We are very happy with our choice to use National Grid to have our solar panels installed. It took a little longer than we hoped overall but understand how busy this industry is at the current time. We are looking forward to cost savings on our electricity bills going forward and even though it's early days we are already seeing the benefits. Thank you for helping us to make a difference to lowering our bills and assist with the environment impact on the planet.

Should i have 20 x 330watt panels for a 6.6kw system.
The system i paid for was 6.6Kw
With 20x330 watt panels but only 18 panels have been installed? Can the other two panels be delivered to me.

I think the installers should have placed 6 of the 12 panels facing West, NOT East. Over all the completed the job efficiently and cleaned up at the end of the job.

I had a look into that for you Gary and unfortunately there was not enough space on the west side of the house, We placed them on the north and the east side for you, this will you get you the most return from your panels.
