I was able to get my replacement birth certificate. I had tried other websites that didn't work. However, National Records worked great for me!

Great east fun

They will tell you your Birth Certificate is on its way, then came up with 3 excuses 3 different times telling you your Birth Certificate cannot be obtained. After you pay them they will reveal that it will take up to 6 months to get your certificate. They do not do refunds. The company is a true scam and should be shutdown.

It was easy to order the marriage license I needed, was not difficult to understand

I ordered an official copy of my marriage certificate from these folks. Supposedly, by paying hundreds of dollars, this was supposed to be a fast process. I also ordered one through snail mail, from my US state. It’s been exactly 3 months, National Records shows this as completed. Still, no certificate. I already received my snail mail copy, for Jess than 5 dollars, and I have repeatedly asked for updates, refunds, etc, and I just get the same old “we are checking” and then no response. Terrible terrible experience and it has yet to be completed. For $200 I expect an update!!!!!! Not lies.

They took over half a year to fulfill my order, forced me to notarize a form without supplying the entire form, which made it so I almost couldn’t get it done. After that, they said “Your application is being reviewed, we'll contact you once your documents have been approved by the State” and then never contacted me. Eventually I saw that the order was in “complete” status on their website despite never receiving my order. It apparently had been delivered to my former address two weeks ago. By the time I went to look for it, it was gone. So now I have to spend over $100 AGAIN and wait for months AGAIN. Oh, and my birth certificate is now in the hands of a thief who will almost certainly be using it to commit identity theft. 0/10

The process is straight forward

Very easy to complete my order to obtain copy of marriage certificate.

I applied for my marriage certificate on my iPhone and it’s quick and very easy. The experience lessened my stress level and the response was quicker than expected. I will definitely use this service again if the need arises.

The total online experience was great except the fact that if I lived there it would only cost $19 and I ended up paying $136. Absolutely crazy.

What made my experience fantastic was Abigail. When you work in support, as I do, you have some basic expectations when you are on the other side of the call, i.e., the customer. Abigail surpassed these expectations and went beyond. This has been a stressful time for me and my son, in an attempt to get a copy of his birth certificate, and I feel I am in good hands with your company and especially with your employee, Abigail! Great Job guys and keep up the good work.

Communication and assistance from Abigail in particular was fantastic. She made it all so easy to understand the progress and requirements involved

Very helpful... I don't know how to send them my ID and Social Security Card pictures however. I would like to get that done because I am trying to get my Real ID to get home to Arizona. I will be a month late as it is and I am not equipped to spend a winter in Alaska. It gets extremely cold here, if I don't get home I won't survive the winter
