It was a very understandable application that I was able to do on my iPhone while out of the country

It was easy to apply for a copy of my client’s Birth Certificate.

They keep you well informed all the way through the process

So far, I have received numerous emails from the company about needing further information. I provided the info and am still waiting for my birth certificate.

I asked for a refund and cancellation and they did nothing. Charged nearly 6 times the cost of what a birth certificate costs. 5.66 times more expensive than the DOH. Don’t do it.

I entered the information as stated and I got back a letter stating I needed to put the county of where I applied for a marriage not the city the marriage was in which is what the site said to put. Then they refused to give me a refund at first. They then told me I could get a partial refund by email but then called and asked if I want them to redo the marriage certificate request... I said ok since I still needed it... Boy was that a mistake... They wanted to to redo the notary which I was not going to do so I requested the partial refund again and they told me they can't do it. Do not use this site unless you want to get scammed and lose $169.

I wish I could rate it a BIG, FAT ZERO!!!!!! That 3.5 rating is wrong. That's way too kind for this company.

The people who gave great reviews are probably bots because this is the worst company to deal with.

They ask for too much personal information, and I now have to monitor my Social Security for scam activity and report my passport stolen.

I made the request but tried to cancel a few hours later. They said they started the process, so I could not cancel and get a refund, WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE! I received an email a few minutes later stating they couldn't start the process because they needed more information. I am now trying my hand at a “first dispute.” If they refuse again, I'll go straight to my bank and the Federal Trade Commission, as someone suggested here.

This is a colossal scam coming from England! It's not even in the US. If you need documents, go through the state or county. It'll be cheaper and less likely to involve fraud.

We have no internet or computer in home, just smart phones...and sometimes phones win! The process is good, step by step and we like the security built in to prevent identity theft. Some of things required were new to us like photo of drivers license to upload, have never had to do that before. I am the brother of the customer Margaret Treadway. She retired 3 years ago and still hasn't filed for Social Security, and a recent trip to hospital emergency roo is when I found out she has no Social Security or insurance! She struggles with her smart phone and I often must help her with tv remote. She needs her Birth Certificate to file for Social Security so not being able to find hers we began this experience with you. Thank you.

Horrible service. Over 2 months to retrieve a birth certificate. Gave over way too much personal info. Still no birth certificate. Do not use this organization.

I love the idea of ordering online. I needed documents from another state so love the ease of ordering online, the forms were easy to fill out and only took me minutes to do. Very fast service. I was surprised when I recieved my documents in 5 days. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I felt it was a bit pricey.
